The lady at the front desk was exceptional, a younger woman with curly black hair was amazing, she really was extremely kind and helpful. Everything was neat and tidy, pool\spa were clean, could use some repairs but over all it was nice place.

Everything was as expected but the room listing said it had "a stand out feature, Jacuzzi tub in room" after getting there they have no rooms but one and it was occupied. Which is the whole reason the room was booked, but nothing could be done. Finding the hotel was messy it was tucked behind a few places with so many parking lots, some leading to and some not I went in a circle before arriving, signs are extremely small! Even on the main road.

The hotel was nice, and my interactions with the staff were pleasant. I was able to get an early check-in, albeit for a $50 fee. The indoor pool was a nice touch and I liked that there were so many places to shop and eat in walking distance. There was plenty of parking and I felt safe. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

The only things I didn’t like was there was hair in the shower although it appeared clean, and the toilet looked like someone had just used it and forgot to flush. A quick trip to the front desk and the issues were resolved.

Location we were in had a huge plaza that includes a Jiffy Lube and a Mega Walmart across the street! The beds were the best I ever slept on in years!!!, carpets on the floors, hot breakfast daily, housekeeping staff was very nice. I ate waffles everyday. The plumbing was good. Appreciated having a working fridge and microwave in the room👍🏾.

The elevator was broken after a 3 hour drive so I was angry and exhausted carrying our bags to our room. The Jacuzzi jet was broken so we just sat in a pool of hot water. The hot breakfast was biscuits, powdered eggs and gravy every day; even on weekends, no bacon, no variety🫤.

Very clean. Well located for all our events. Breakfast was truly a plus and helped save time and a trip out of the property.

A bit hard to find as I came in after dark. The pool seemed rather small and in need of a refresh. Would have like to have an outdoor patio to sit outside vs. sitting by/on curb to get fresh air. Walls were a bit thin asI could hear those next door and in hallway.

Recently remodeled. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable, just like their brand.

However, breakfast was served only from 6 to 8. Who gets out of the room before 8? The shower was great other than to turn on the water you need to reach across to the far wall right under the rain shower head. Odd design. The shelf was on the near wall...right where the valve should have been. Water flow was great!

Staff was incredible. We had booked somewhere else that "lost" our reservation so booked here last minute. The staff went above and beyond to ensure he saw our reservation before we arrived and was very helpful over the phone. Breakfast could have been better, but it's continental so the gesture is appreciated!

Room was a little noisy next to the conference room/elevator, but there was a Rock festival in town which could have attributed to that

This room was booked for my mother who comes to town about every other month. I called the morning of to make sure she has correct accomadations and asked for a odd special request on 4/15/25. The gal at the front desk was so kind and seemed truly happy to help. And I say that with emphasis, she was so great. Thank you.

There's no cons to note here. Entire property is clean. Great location.

Fatima made us feel welcomed and stress-free during our stay. Great energy and genuinely sweet and accommodating. Thank you. I tend to be very sensitive to people and their demeanor and it was refreshing to interact with someone who wasn’t near down by their job. Really makes a difference. On a stormy day the indoor hot tub and pool was perfect. Jets worked perfectly as well. Awesome rate. Our plumbing has been out at our house so a night away to shower and relax was very much needed.

Just the confusion on the time breakfast ended.

Breakfast was good with choices. Good fresh fruit, but missed a banana for cereal. Walking distance to conveniences. Hotel in high traffic area, but rooms pretty well insulated from sound.

We always like top floor….but settled for #2 of 3 levels. Room above a little noisy……”clomp clomp”. But not late into the evening nor early in the morning…….we felt lucky for that.

Very Good breakfast and very clean facilities. Staff was very helpful and professional

I had to pay $250.00 deposit which they said was refundable, but so far no refund has been credited on my Visa account. THAT IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE !!!! . I will call today to Booking.com UNLESS I SEE THE REFUND POSTED TODAY I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN
