Location we were in had a huge plaza that includes a Jiffy Lube and a Mega Walmart across the street! The beds were the best I ever slept on in years!!!, carpets on the floors, hot breakfast daily, housekeeping staff was very nice. I ate waffles everyday. The plumbing was good. Appreciated having a working fridge and microwave in the room👍🏾.

The elevator was broken after a 3 hour drive so I was angry and exhausted carrying our bags to our room. The Jacuzzi jet was broken so we just sat in a pool of hot water. The hot breakfast was biscuits, powdered eggs and gravy every day; even on weekends, no bacon, no variety🫤.

Staff was incredible. We had booked somewhere else that "lost" our reservation so booked here last minute. The staff went above and beyond to ensure he saw our reservation before we arrived and was very helpful over the phone. Breakfast could have been better, but it's continental so the gesture is appreciated!

Room was a little noisy next to the conference room/elevator, but there was a Rock festival in town which could have attributed to that

Fatima made us feel welcomed and stress-free during our stay. Great energy and genuinely sweet and accommodating. Thank you. I tend to be very sensitive to people and their demeanor and it was refreshing to interact with someone who wasn’t near down by their job. Really makes a difference. On a stormy day the indoor hot tub and pool was perfect. Jets worked perfectly as well. Awesome rate. Our plumbing has been out at our house so a night away to shower and relax was very much needed.

Just the confusion on the time breakfast ended.

It always a wonderful stay. I like how its secluded but waking distance to food and stores and every worker is very pleasant and friendly. The only down size was one of the front office lady was on vacation. I really missed see her this round. She is the best and makes a bomb plum jelly that she shared.. guest imma have to pop back in soon.

The pool it waz may first time using it as it had been closed during covid. With it being a indoor pool i wish it was heated my grandson didnt seem to mine but it was cold to me. But i dont swim yes it was a hot tub so that were i sat..

I had to pay $250.00 deposit which they said was refundable, but so far no refund has been credited on my Visa account. THAT IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE !!!! . I will call today to Booking.com UNLESS I SEE THE REFUND POSTED TODAY I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN

Breakfast was good with choices. Good fresh fruit, but missed a banana for cereal. Walking distance to conveniences. Hotel in high traffic area, but rooms pretty well insulated from sound.

We always like top floor….but settled for #2 of 3 levels. Room above a little noisy……”clomp clomp”. But not late into the evening nor early in the morning…….we felt lucky for that.

All staff I encountered was nice and friendly. Only issues I had with the stay was we went to get some food to eat back at the room and while watching TV the signal went out for a few hours, but they did give me a discount for the inconvenience, and the second thing was the fire alarm chirped one time early morning and scared us awake, then they had to check all sprinklers in the hotel so we left before check out time. But even still, we would definitely stay there again, those were things that weren't no one's fault so it doesn't affect us wanting to stay there again.

My room was super clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were plenty of pillows from which to choose. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was a breeze and breakfast was good enough to start the day with plenty of protein, or carbs, if that's your thing. Enjoy your stay!

Everything was good, I have no complaints.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the room or hotel. The room was a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the breakfast choices. All in all it was a great room Great place

Very clean, spacious and well equipped rooms. Microwave was such a help with the kids. Lovely indoor temperature regulated pool and great breakfast. We loved the lady who looks after the dining, very accommodating, helpful and friendly

Nothing really, may be the shampoos n soaps could be slightly more for our family of four. Everything honestly was pretty good.
