The bathroom sink stopper didn't work and when you walk in the room the only light switch available is to turn on the corridor at the entry. The rest of the room was totally dark and there were no light switches we could find by feeling the walls. I went to the lights at the bed only because all hotels have them and was able to turn it on. Turns out there are no other light switches and you have to fumble around in the dark to find a light to light up the room. This was really odd and in all the hotels we stayed and we've never experienced such a thing. Otherwise we loved your hotel.

The staff here, rocks! They would help us with anything we needed. They were very kind and friendly to my 95-year-old. Father even moved room so he could be close to an elevator. The breakfast is very very good. Especially when you see what other hotels could offer for the fast little breakfast they make ahead this one hasn’t down, I love this place I come to Lodi a lot. I have family there and I will stay here every time. I really love the staff.

The staff was great! Elizabeth we got to see quite a bit and she was so friendly! My girls just loved her and my little one loved giving her hugs. Staff was quick to help when our shower wasn’t working and got us a new room right away. The breakfast was amazing.

The beds were nice, but the best thing about staying at your facility was the continental breakfast. Hands-down, the best I've had. I also like that you use dove products.

I didn't like that the bathroom door was dirty, I didn't like that the people above me were incredibly loud.

The breakfast was good with choices of hot food, yogurt, and fruit. The room was large and comfortable (2 queen beds and a sofa). The staff members were friendly. The hotel looked like it was recently built — super clean with new furniture.

The doors “slam” when closed and the noise from other doors “slamming” is slightly annoying especially in the morning when guests are leaving early. I thought the nightly price was expensive considering the city/town is in the middle of a rural area.

Room was highly spacious! Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great customer service from all staff, especially the cleaning service staff, she was excellent with her time management when we requested more bedding. Breakfast buffet, was great!! Especially when traveling with your family, big money saver!

Only thing I could complain about, is the pool not being heated. Water was very cold, wish it had a heated water system, being it was an indoor pool.

The location next to the 99 freeway is great. It had a good breakfast including biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal coffee. the only fruit was an orange. The room was large with two queen beds and a sofa bed.

It’s being renovated and currently had exposed beams and construction looking stuff in the lobby. The pool was out of commission and not sure if our room had been renovated yet but the wallpaper was bubbling and the door jams were twisted in areas of the room. $200 a night was pretty steep!

I did not like being charged $40 to check in 1.5 hrs early after traveling 6 hrs to get there. I've never been charged this fee before, anywhere. I won't be back. Breakfast was to start at 6am not 6:15. The coffee was old and cold at 6.

We were late getting down to breakfast, so we missed out on some the breakfast item but like i said it was our fault for not getting down earlier. All good :)

All was exceptional, wouldn't change a thing.

I wasn't expecting a 4 - 5-star breakfast, but that Pancake Machine was awesome!

The family is not too big on indoor swimming pools. The room tends to get a bit muggy. But it was nice to have the pool at the facility regardless.
