I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Galt, and overall, it was a positive experience. Here are my thoughts: Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had all the essentials in great condition. Friendly Staff: From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They made the whole process seamless and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Easy Mobile Check-In: I used the mobile check-in option, which was incredibly convenient. It saved me time and allowed me to head straight to my room without any hassle. Good Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. There were a variety of options including waffles, pastries, cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruit. It was a solid start to the day, and everything was stocked and fresh. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, especially for a quick stopover or road trip. The friendly service, cleanliness, and good breakfast make it a solid choice, but if you're sensitive to noise, consider requesting a room farther from the highway.

Noise from the Highway: The biggest downside of my stay was the noise from the nearby highway. It wasn't unbearable, but it was noticeable, especially at night. If you're a light sleeper, this could be an issue. Room Location: One thing to note is that the rooms closest to the highway tend to have more noise. If you’re sensitive to sound, I recommend asking for a room with a lower number, as those tend to be farther from the highway. The higher the room number, the closer it is to the highway.

The ambiance of the property was great! They have a fire pit and bar for guests. The gym is nice and spacious.

The elevator floor was always dirty. The room next door had a party with super loud music. We called to complain and while they turned the music down it was still loud until 2AM. The staff should have moved them to another location that had empty rooms near their room or asked them to leave. I always find it wrong that they ask if you want to move rooms, which is very inconvenient, once you’ve unpacked versus moving the problem…. The shower head was shooting water up out of the pipe which resulted in very low water pressure.

The staff here was so friendly. The rooms were so clean. Location was great. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. They even had to go bags which I thought was nice. Everything seemed very thought through here. The rooms had coffee, a makeup wipe, a shower cap, a little package that included cotton balls, q-tips and a mini nail file. The room had a table just to put luggage. A ton of usb and regular plugs which is super rare. Lots of lights. Shower pressure was great. Soaps, shampoos and lotions are Dove. You don’t hear the traffic from the freeway at all.

The only thing was the doors kind of drag and are kind of loud when closing but, this wouldn’t have been an issue had the people next to us not been going in and out of their room all morning. I mean at least 15 times between 7-830 am. It was ridiculous.

Our entire stay and experience were excellent. Everything was beyond our expectations! We will definitely return to this location for our future visits in this area! Jessica at the front desk gave us amazing customer service. The entire hotel staff provided excellent hospitality! Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond!

My family will tell you Im Hilton all the way but the breakfast here was top of the line. When I say they had real beacon they had it! The team was so nice, they brought my family water while we were at the pool enjoying ourselves!!

I didn't like them charging me for my stay a second time. I clearly let the front desk know that we had paid in full with booking.com and was still charged. We are still awaiting our full refund from the hotel. The staff need to know how to read their system to see when people have used a third party company.

Good breakfaat selection. New facility. Air conditioner was quiet for a hotel room.

Traffic flow where the food is located is cramped when there is a few people getting food and beverages. Walls seem a bit thin. Can easily hear noise and people. The frontage road where the hotel is located is difficult to navigate and drive north at night due to being parallel to 99 south frwy. Need to be very careful. Bright headlights are blinding.

Great place to be😃 La Quinta here at this location was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s one staff member who caught my attention with here professional/ hospitality performance was Vanessa. I give her 100% and rate her at a 10. New, modern and clean. This is the nicest La Quinta I have stayed at by far. The lobby is cute, and the staff is very friendly and personable. We didn’t partake in the pool, gym, or breakfast so I cannot comment on that but it met our needs for our one night stay in Galt: clean, quiet, comfy. Definitely would stay here again if I’m back in the area.

It is in a bit of an out of the way, somewhat industrial location, but it’s a short drive to everything we needed so this was hardly a detractor.

Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Liquid soap dispensers are a big plus to minimize waste and environmentally friendly.

Although the lighting is set on motion detectors, I found myself finishing my shower in the dark. The same problem occurred when I wanted to read in bed in the evenings. This was a bit of a distraction.

I loved the variety of choices to pick from for breakfast. And I really liked the complementary drinks in the lounge area when you walked in the facility.

The bar was not open to sit down and drink for the evening. When we checked in it was told that it open at 3pm , when we returned later that evening they said unfortunately it wouldn’t be open at all. Which they did apologized for later for the miscommunication.
