Great location close to Times Square, Central Park, and many theaters, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and pillows, warm blankets, and excellent hot water with strong pressure. Also, it was conveniently located near plenty of dining options. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

The only downside was that our key cards constantly got deactivated. Almost every day, we had to go back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed because they wouldn't work on the elevator or the room doors. We met several other guests who had the same issue. This is definitely an area that could be improved.

Service & Cleaness was excellent, beds confortable, the only but is the noise from the city outside.

Too much noise from the city every hour, day and night, you can hear everything.

We didn’t like that there were no facilities for making tea/coffee in the room. If we had known this before heading over I would have packed a small kettle in to my suitcase. On the first night the bar was open we bought a gin and a whisky, both with Sprite. Another night we bought the same drinks and my friend asked if she could finish drinking the tiny drop of sprite that was left in the tin. 2 mouthfuls to be exact. The bar lady charged her $6 for this. So therefore we didn’t buy any more from your bar on our 9 night stay.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and all of the staff were super friendly. We felt very well taken care of. The location also was incredible! Any queries we had about how to get somewhere the concierge were very eager to answer, making our trip run that little bit smoother every day.

entirely out of their control but the construction noise outside was very disruptive, once it started at 8am you couldn’t stay in the room due to the volume of the noise. also the shower screen didn’t protect the water from going all over the floor every time we showered but we were provided with spare towels when asked.

The hotel is nice and i had an amazing time there... the only the hotel don't have is the stairsto get to the first floor. The hotel have and perfect location and the art deco is so cute and unique.

Free wine hour every day !!! Yes a free glass of wine everyday !! Right beside Times Square and all major attractions. Special occasion and hotel went above and beyond to enlighten our experience. All staff from bar to reception to night porters were excellent. The gym is very bare. Shoulder press , chest press lat pull-down , seated row multi machine that can be used for a lot of movements which is great but dumbells are very light I don’t think went beyond 20kg ,Intense session can be had but nothing for legs besides cardio, however central NYC enough to pump and see the city highly Recommend the hotel will definitely return

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Was within easy walking distance from many areas we wanted to visit… Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, Fifth Avenue & Central Park etc… Were a couple of subway stations within walking distance to go further afield. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Would have been great to have the option of breakfast in the morning. However are many places locally to get breakfast. The supply of tea, coffee and water was great in the mornings though. We thought it was expensive for the 3 nights but it wasn’t the most expensive and assume this was due to the time of year. However I would recommend New York at Christmas it was fabulous.

The room was very comfortable and silent. The bed and the sheets were excellent, the shower was great an and the TV had several options of channels to watch different types of shows. The staff was really kind and helpful and the facilities of the hotel were great. The hotel offered coffee and tea in the morning and fresh filtered water throughout the day and night for free, as well as apples in the afternoon and one complimentary glass of wine per guest everyday from 5 pm to 6 pm. The location is absolutely fantastic, halfway from Central Park to Times Square and there are several subway stations really near the hotel. The hotel allowed us to checkin early and offered to store our luggage for free in the day of our checkout. Our experience was perfect!

Boutique hotel with perfect location for walking to Theatre District, Times Square, Central Park, and Metropolitan Opera House. Hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful. We were able to get an early check-in with complimentary upgrade to a king bed room. There was ongoing construction across the street, we were offered the choice on the street view room (construction noise disclosed to us) or an interior room. The street noise was not an issue for us at all, we actually found it to be more of a "white noise" and it did not impact our stay. The air conditioning kept our room very cool and comfortable on very hot July days. We enjoyed our stay and would most certainly return for future visits to NYC.

This hotel has a stylish decor, but is in need of minor repairs. The door handle back plates were no longer screwed in place on the bathroom and closet doors, and the drapes had a large tear. Overall, we found our room to be very clean and comfortable, spacious for NYC, and the small issues did not negatively impact our experience.
