"we were greeted" by a very unpleasant young brown-haired lady at the reception, she started shouting at me that I had to give her a credit card with my name on it, I didn't understand why she wanted it from me. I paid for the accommodation in advance through the application. I realized that it requires payment of a deposit, but the lady did not tell us that at all. she behaved really terribly unpleasantly towards us. I have never experienced such behavior from any employee… the next day there was a nice man at the reception who was the complete opposite of the lady. He smiled at everyone and wished us a wonderful morning.

Was perfect for our needs. Location, free parking and good breakfast. Room was comfortable, beds in good condition, clean beddings.

Wifi was very poor in our room. Keeps dropping every 5 minutes.

The courtesy of the staff was excellent. The place was clean every. The availability of the beverages was excellent, and breakfast was super.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, was very pleased.

Location was close to what we needed on our visit. The keyless check-in was also very convenient, and having app access to selecting our room helped with managing our family's large size. Also, the continental breakfast was pretty good as well.

The hallways and carpet were a bit dirty (found unmarked pills on the floor).

This was my first time staying at a Hampton hotel and I enjoyed it. David at the first desk was very friendly and helpful. I love his spirit and one of the reasons why I will be back. I loved how close it was to everything that I needed to do for this trip. Room was nice and clean, beds were very comfortable and room very cold.

Room was spacious, everything was clean. Parking was spacious and we could park closely to the entrance. Hotel located closely to shopping mall and groceries if needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pool was OK, however, almost in the parking lot. Maybe ok to jump in, but not to relax and spent time.

Excellent staff. When I checked in (very late) I had the desk agent assist me and my family. She told us where to park and also offered bottled water. She went above and beyond to make sure we were all set. They also had a very nice hot chocolate bar with all the toppings. Very nice. Entire place was clean and the employees we ran into were very kind. It seemed like they were happy working there.

We didn't have any complaints.

Breakfast had sausage, eggs, waffles and other breads. It was okay.

Check in guy wasn’t friendly, only did what his job. I also got charged twice, booking.com and the Hotel at checkout. He said it was just for incidental but charged the room again even though it was already paid. It’s the holidays and taking almost $200 extra dollars not planned is unacceptable and a inconvenience to wait 5 more business days to get refunded.
