The location was perfect for where we needed to be. Hotel grounds were well maintained, and the rooms were decent with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, with a variety of items to choose from. The reviews online had me second-guessing my decision to book, but I'm glad that we did because I was definitely pleasantly surprised. Overall, our 1 night stay was very good.

There was nothing in particular that I didn't like. It's an older hotel with normal wear/tare. You can tell the cleaning staff does their best in maintaining the rooms/facility.

The lady working the desk during the day during the week was very friendly and gave good recommendations for restaurants. She was very personable and always had a smile and a kind word to the guests. Definitely someone you need to have on staff. The cleaning crew also looked to get along well as they were talking to guests as well as each other. Glad you are able to still find good help!

The king bed in 124 was old and lumpy. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff was very respectful and knowledgeable very professional and kind. The environment was peaceful. My bed was comfortable. the AC was great. Quiet. Love that's there's breakfast available. House keepers were friendly. Great aroma.

my bed had dirt particles in it like the sheets haven't been washed. My bathtub was dirty. carpet was stained. There need to have more breakfast options.

I would like to applaud Jake. He is an awesome front desk employee of Comfort Suites. He will go places - he handled the situation so nicely the evening I reached - I accidentally booked checkin for 23rd where we I was checking in at 22nd. I must tell you - Jake was very helpful and calm in working along with me with booking to get things sorted. I wish him the best on all his endeavours - he showed a true example of customer service 👍💯💯

I liked everything

Big room and I was put away from the elevator as requested. A cat and a family of raccoons came to look at guests through the glass door during breakfast. So cute and started my day off with a smile.

The location is great for those traveling on I-!0 needing to stop-over and rest. The drive from Florida can be brutal late at night and your hotel makes a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

I guess the room could have used an air freshener of some type because it seemed musty upon arrival. It did not remain that way after i had been in the room a bit, thought, so all was well!

Guest laundry units out of order Room too dark in evening (not enough lamps) yet too much window light after lights out due to streetlight just outside Towels skimpy

Location to fwy and restaurants.

Towels were removed during breakfast and we were returning in and out from being outdoors at an event . Needed clean towels replaced sooner. Or do not remove/replace during our stay.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful to find local eating establishments. The breakfast was nice.Location was excellent for us .

It was too cold ...they could probably turn the A/C down a bit.

The breakfast was awesome and plenty of choices. We had egg omelette stuffed with cheese.

Card key for the door would not work all the time and had to have it re done but still had same issue
