The breakfast offered every day was very nice. It's one of the few places that had biscuits and gravy every day, so I took advantage of that. Also had scrambled eggs or an omelette and bacon and/or sausage every day. They also had waffle batter which I didn't have but it was there, and dry cereal, a selection of bread for toast and I think muffins. A variety of juices yogurt, and coffee/decaf/hot water for tea. The dining area was very pleasant and everything was clean and well maintained.

Elevator was a bit awkward on the main floor because it was in an alcove behind a wall. When guests with luggage or housekeeping staff with a big cart needed to get off, if you were waiting to get on, you had to move completely out of the alcove. They need to remove a wall so it is a straight shot in or out of the elevator with luggage or housekeeping carts.

The staff were all very friendly (especially the breakfast lady,) the breakfast offerings were fantastic, the room was quiet and maintained a very comfortable temperature throughout the night, and the fridge and microwave, although not used, were welcome amenities.

For the price we paid for such a comfortable room and awesome breakfast, these are not deal-breakers for me, but since I am being asked, they are worth mentioning: the room's carpet was extraordinarily filthy. We're not especially picky about hotel floors, but we literally wore socks specifically in the room and changed our socks before putting our feet in our shoes because the bottoms of our socks turned black from just a few minutes of walking around. Also, the Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Not the fanciest but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of good options. Rooms cleaned and restocked daily.

The suite I had was supposed to have a pull out couch but instead just had a chair in that spot. It worked out okay in that I ended up not needing the extra bed, but just be warned that if you actually need it for additional beds that you confirm with them ahead of time.

Breakfast was really good. Hot items were good and quite a bit to choose from.

Our 2nd floor room was clean but it has not been updated in what seems to be a very long time. The door to the room had about a 1/4" gap between the door and frame. If my husband had not been with me, I probably would have changed rooms. Also, I could smell a slight odor of animal in our room. I would request a 4th floor room for any future stays since I later found that is the only floor that they do not allow pets.

Trouble contacting location about changed arrival time. Bathtub drain would not completely close. No nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast is usually abundant, but not this time. We were not near closing time for breakfast, but facility was out of boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, and there were only a couple of tea bags.

The breakfast is lovely with a wide selection. They have vegetarian omelets with potatoes and salsa, waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurts, fruits and fruit juices, tea, and coffee. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and elegant. Space for romping, watching a show with pizza. Also very quiet with desk, pen, and hotel for working out that occasional business idea and deal with your partner. Excellent pool and jacuzzi, very clean, never in disrepair. Hotel staff is on it, runs a tight and smooth ship; also extremely laid back and friendly. The Round Table delivered to us and one of the.best pizzas I'd had from there ever. We had an awesome time and are now frequent visitors whenever we need a place to stay in the neighborhood. Thank you!

I really liked it here great breakfast decent wifi, great indoor pool and comfy beds. I chose 8 instead of ten because there was a problem with drainage in one of the sinks, that was unpleasant had to stick my hand in dirty water and wiggle the stopper to make water go down.

Sink didn’t drain , the cable tv was not clear constant flickering. But breakfast great eggs waffles, coffee bar in hallway and great pool not far from the mall. Clean

We had an 8-day reservation at the Days Inn that is also at Vancouver Mall. We cancelled that reservation which cost us $700 (non-refundable) and stayed the remaining time at Best Western. You made our trip great. Difference between the hotels was huge. We tried to get a refund but no help from the hotel, the booking company, or Wyndam. We will never stay at one of their properties again.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman who alone makes breakfast did an especially great job. The food was very good.

Coffee machine was broken the entire 6 nights we were there Stupid smoker causing a fire outside by the trash can that burned part of the building, causing evacuation. What do handicapped do when not on the ground floor? It was difficult for my daughter to use the stairs as she normally needs a walker to walk. Location is easy to find from PDX.

Didn't get to have any of the breakfast this time around as I had to drive to troutdale but normally the breakfast is great!

The only thing that I noticed that needed to be cleaned was maybe the carpets in the hallway on the third floor and the ice machine looked like it was getting mold around the edge of the plastic. Other than that it was a great stay as usual, comfortable and quiet
