Loved the decor, cleanliness, design, and comfort. Elevators were very fast which is highly appreciated. Loved able to bring our small dog. Beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows and bedding. Television worked great and appreciated on board Netflix and YouTube build in to the TV. Staff were great. Very friendly and professional. Really liked the openness of the entry/main floor and the always available coffee, tee and water. The coffee was excellent.

The shower head in the shower is a big disappointment, especially considering this is a "Premier" location and is above average in cost. And that the rest of the room experience matches the "Premier" moniker. The shower head had low pressure, no adjustment, with clogged water outlets. This should be an easy upgrade. I also did NOT like the nickel and dime pricing. Yes, the breakfast was great but cost over $15+ per person. Having a dog was $30 PER DAY! Most competitors were a one-time charge for the entire stay. And a.fee for early check in or early checkout?!? EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING, to the point that as much as we enjoyed our stay, we may look for other options next time.

The room was big...towels good and absorbent. The restaurant was good... a pleasant surprise with a great Happy Hour. The food was actually quite good and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The lady bar attendant was very friendly and really nice taking care of us...

Unfortunately, we found the beds really hard. You may have mentioned you are now charging for parking, but it wasn't obvious and came as a surprise. With all that is going on these days and the dollar not anywhere where it was with buying power, I am not sure it was a wise move on your part? I really resent paying parking here just because you can charge for it.

We have been coming here monthly so my wife can get a medical procedure across the street. They allow dogs and this is a big asset. I feel secure that the robot security guard will protect my car. I had a trailer this time, called ahead, and they reserved a spot. When we arrived it was after midnight and raining. I pulled into the entry way to let my wife out and registered but a guest’s car was blocking the way so I couldn’t get by without hitting it. I asked Maxwell at the front desk if he could get the guest to move the car and he said that it was his bosses car, they always park there even though they are not supposed to. Maxwell could not get his boss, James Rencken, to answer the phone or the knock on the door. I left my car and trailer parked there because it would have been a real thrash to try and back out. I found Mr Rencken to have poor judgment, selfishness, sense of entitlement, and unprofessionalism. He has proved to be a failure as a manager. I do applaud Maxwell’s attempt to help me.

Manager James Rencken’s unprofessional behavior. Besides ruining my arrival experience he also threatened the safety of the guests if an emergency vehicle was unable to get to the main entrance.

The room was comfortable and well laid out. The bathroom was very nice, amenities were good. The staff was outstanding, very welcoming and friendly. The bed was perfect, not too firm, but not squishy soft. I really appreciated how quiet the hotel was. Even though it looked like a busy weekend - lots of cars, a meeting of some sort going on, a lot of people in the lobby - I rarely heard anyone. Maybe passing in the hall, but no sound of televisions from other rooms, and no footsteps overhead. It was really nice.

One bank of two elevators - central, but the layout of the corridors meant it was a bit of a hike to the room. Room could have had more light. Fine in the Pacific Northwest summers, I am sure, but this was the first weekend of fall and the room felt a little dark. Just one more lamp by the sofa maybe? Or a brighter/LED bulb for the one floor lamp in the room? Truly minor quibbles, it was a delightful stay.

The room was a good size for our family and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, and the exercise room.

The bathroom door stuck, but after making the front desk aware of it, they fixed it while we were out for business. It was one of the best features in the room actually, a self closing and opening hanging bathroom barn door.

Bed was big and comfy. Shower design was interesting. Did it's job. Receptionist at front desk was able to give me change in quarters for me to do laundry. I didn't try any of the food unfortunately.

Would've like detergent and fabric softener bottles for laundry machine as well as a coin/quarter machine for it.

Rooms are large, linens are exceptional, bed very comfortable. Sparkling clean and very nice staff.

The restaurant isn't much. Would recommend finding other eateries for dining which are close by.

Robot security guard actually seems like it could deter break-ins/ vandalism. The hot tub was great and the pool made for an enjoyable start to our day.

The name of the network for WiFi access was not with the password. When I asked for the name of the network, staff gave me the wrong one.

Returning customer. Love the location, love the bathroom/shower. Interactions were nice and the ability to use the various facilities is great too. Walked to Big Al's and on the way back saw someone on an electric vehicle patrolling the area's parking lots, thats good.

Initially the keycard(s) provided didnt work and I had to go back down to the lobby. I was asked if I put them next to my phone? lol Pretty sure my cell phone cant zero out a keycard, but at least a reason/thought was attempted. Oh, some of the LED's behind the bathroom mirror are going out/flickering.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. The rooms are spacious, staff is helpful and hotel is clean.

We tried to order breakfast using the QR code in the room and it said closed on a Sunday morning.
