I like to ask for 207 as it is centrally located to all the activities. The Pool when not overcrowded.

I had no issues with the physical place. When checking out my last stay there I did ask for cheapest gas, which would have been the Circle K across the street, but the indian gentlemen sent me to a place on 9th street which was way overpriced. Went back to Circle K and was not happy about the incovenience. If someone is not in the know just kindly say you don't know. I am hoping he wasn't being purposely a Sh**.

Our room and bed were very comfortable but we didn't use any other features during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made us and our dog feel welcome.

When we first arrived our room was not clean, but I asked the kind woman at the front desk for help and she arranged to have the room cleaned and bed made right away. We appreciated her quick response!

Staff was very accommodating. Room was sufficiently clean. It would be nice eventually for a refresh of the rooms, namely the beds. But overall, the trip was great. I will continue to stay here.

Newer beds/rooms, refresh of the overall building. But it would absolutely not stop me from staying here going forward.

This hotel was just off the freeway so it was easy to access and within walking distance to town. There was plenty of parking and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly however, we didn't see much of them. We did not have breakfast but the breakfast room and food were nice. You could make your own waffles if you wanted to.

The coffee could have been stronger.

Breakfast was very good - much better than your competitors. The food items were freshened regularly. Would have liked regular sized napkins instead of cocktail napkins. :-( The location was so convenient. Easy to walk to town and the steak house next door was great!

The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy.

Lots of breakfast options. Near the center of town on 2nd Avenue, close to the conference (at Marcus Whitman) and amenities.

Lack of parking lot lighting. Didn't become a problem, but for safety and security suggest improved lighting of the lot.

Good breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff. Walking distance to downtown.

Very few people stayed in the hotel when we did so not many rooms were occupied. Yet the room we received was at the front of the building with lots of early morning traffic noise. It would have been nice to get a room on the quiet side.

it was hard to regulate room temperature.. and on my checkout day the man at the desk when I asked for the cheapest gas sent me to a cenex that was 75 cents more a gallon then the circle k right but the hotel. really not cool.

Breakfast was basic,but good. Hot eggs and bacon or sausage every morning. Location was great. Downtown was a very short walk. Two restaurants were across the street- A Mexican and a steak house with an adjacent bar with good short order food.

TV was not user friendly Room could of been larger- a comfortable chair for sitting would've been nice.

Good location but a little hard to get into and out of parking lot. It was at a strange angle on a busy road. Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

For being farther out of the main downtown area, I thought the price was high. This is walla walla, afterall.
