Wonderful choice of breakfast options. Staff friendly and courteous. Location was perfect for what we needed. Ample parking. Lovely detailed brochure with helpful information concerning restaurants, parks, entertainment, map, etc. provided in the lobby area for all to take.

The whirlpool tub in the suite was broken. You could fill it with water, but when you pushed the button to start it, it did not work--actually a piece of it actually fell off. Also one of the lights at the bathroom sink area was flickering and we removed the blub due to the loose wires. We did not mention these to staff, since we were able to enjoy the first floor hot tub and pool whenever we wanted. Suite located right above pool area so between 9 and 10 pm it was noisy in our room with young children really enjoying the variety of special kid features in the pool area.

We needed to check out early. Stopped at the desk as. COURTESY to let the employee know. Right away she replied you’re not getting your money back. Yes, we were aware of that AND we didn’t even ask. She could use some additional training , it was a great hotel experience until that point. Very unnecessary on her part. There was ZERO need to be defensive and immediately assume we were going to ask.

The pool area had something for everyone. A kiddy pool, a regular pool and a hot tub. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good. The staff kept up with the rush as best as they could. Apparently everyone loves the sausage links! Our room was bigger than expected. And comfortable It was nice to be able to move around with 3 people.

Only issue with stay was that there was an issue in pool area so it had to close. And it stayed closed the next day. I know it had to be cleaned. Im just surprised it took so long. But this issue wasn't really hotels fault or a negative towards them. Im sure they have protocol.

Location and was quite. Facility and rooms were clean. Room had multiple charging ports, quite working refrig and single serve coffee machine and microwave. Bed comfortable

Upon checking as well as checkout desk was unattended. Had to ring bell multiple times due to sign stating helping guest and would return shortly. Two ladies showed up after about a 15 minute wait. Checkin went smoothly. Checkout, same thing. Desk was unattended. I made an $8 charge to room night before so expect only this $8 incidental charge to appear. I just left room keys on the font desk counter and left. Just annoying

The breakfast was exceptional. They had such a nice assortment of things including hot foods like eggs, ham and sausage. They also have a nice hot tub the jacuzzi in our room was definitely best though.

The only problem we experienced was a woman who was letting her kids eat in the hot tub and was constantly spilling food in it.

The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect as we attended commencement services at the nearby university.

I have one recommendation! Housekeeping should always check the alarms in the room. We had two rooms with our family and both In rooms, The alarm sounded at 5:30 AM. Coincidence, I think not. We were not pleased with that.

the breakfast is a great addition to the experience it reminded me of the old Las Vegas style I was use to in the past I love how I didnt have to leave my state of Wisconsin to feel the extra special part of a hotel services that I was use to!!! We will be back soon like a month or two just to enjoy your city. I am from Milwaukee I am looking for some land to move up out of the city so will see you soon thanks Dana

I could have stayed longer!!

The pool was wonderful for our kids and the little snack shop always helps with kids. The facilities were clean and stocked. The lobby was nice with chairs to sit and chat with family.

The front desk was a little hard to reach when we would call to ask questions.

The breakfast, was great. A good variety. The pool area was well-maintained. I was impressed that it looked like the pictures online. The staff was courteous 🙂

The bed wasn't very comfortable, I felt like I didn't get much sleep.

Location was great right off exit and close to restaurants, gas stations and stores. The pool was great, my daughter loved the airplane slide. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast served in the morning had a nice variety and had something for everyone’s liking.

Shower in room didn’t have the best water pressure but for one night stay wasn’t a big issue.
