What i liked? Number 1, the room i booked!! simply awesome! a perfect fit for a couple to be on your own and alone! we booked sunrise private pool beach villa and it was just perfect and beyond what I expected! simply loved it. btw, they have more than 20 such villa and probably not all of them has direct access to the beach from the room, espcially my room had a lot of trees on the beach which was like a barricade. but it worked for me as it worked as a boundary for me to give us a complete isolation. but for poeple who would like to have access to the beach directly from room, may ask the hotel for your requirement. number 2, the staffs were really awesome. everyone was very welcoming, smiling and always willing to help. number 3, the wifi! you will get wifi in almost every corner of the hotel since it is a small island. so no need to buy any local SIM. on other good parts, the food was quite good. we took half-board. the buffet bf and dinner had a decent range of food choices. for lunch we had ordered in the Bluu where you can relax on the beach side with nice ocean breeze, a spectacular view of the sea. so, overall it is a very good choice for small group, especially for couples. a small, quiet resort if you are looking for a relaxed time. it is very close to Male mainland, around 10-12 minutes by speedboat. there are also other activities and excursion options available at the hotel, but we didn't opt for anything, so cannot comment on that unfortunately.

only thing that i had bad experiece with was in their speed to room service. we placed some requirements at the room and it took quite some time to respond.

We had an amazing experience at Malahini Kuda Bandos – it felt like stepping into paradise. The island is stunning, with crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and lush surroundings. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Dina at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Her warmth and professionalism were truly appreciated. The buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food served daily. We especially enjoyed the Maldivian flavors and the freshness of every meal. The sea was breathtaking, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Just a note – bring sea shoes, as some parts of the beach have rocks and coral. With that small tip in mind, everything else was perfect. The whole team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape in the Maldives, Malahini Kuda Bandos is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Main problem was when we want To Mark late check out reception said yes it is possible and free than some one call me and said 30$ I said ok but when we want to check out Mr Misfal said “you have to pay 150$” he said only 1 hour 30$ because of his bad english it is not possible to understand what he said on telephone he has to say total amount but he did not say anything. He threatens us to prevent our departure and miss our flight finally he made a little discount and we catch our Flight my advise to hotel they have to find someone who can speak CLEAR ENGLISH without any local english without any ascend which we couldn’t understand All other was almost perfect thank you

Beautiful Location. Excellent food. Excellent hospitality, Staff all went above and beyond for us, Staff in the Maaga restaurant showed fantastic customer care, in particular Anil, Vanessa and Leona organised a surprise romantic setting for our dinner on our last night. Would recommend all inclusive or half board. Praveen in Bar 75 also excellent hospitality , really good customer care. Very clean, grounds really well kept by gardening staff . Loved the beautiful day spa

The Superior room very clean, but a little small and a little outdated but excellent if you are on a budget. Bed had beautiful white linen and plenty of nice white towels and beach towels

Me and my wife had an awesome 9 days stay at Malahini Kuda Bandos. The island is amazing, with crystal water and white-sand beaches, and the premises of the resort are elegant and beautiful. The wide choice of food was awesome: thanks very much to Chef Koutar, Chef Pradeep and Chef Ari! The bartenders of the Blue Bar also fueled our holiday with Espressos and (strong) Mojitos: thanks Rakib, Bijay and Satini! We had great excursions with the amazing guides of the Marine Hub, in particular snorkeling with stingrays and visiting the turtle reef and a sandbank. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay longer! I strongly suggest Malahini Kuda Bandos as amazing place to stay in North Malè atoll.

Everything was awesome! I would suggest the all inclusive formula since otherwise the prices for extras are quite high.

-The location was close to the airport which is very convenient. -The beach was amazing!! My kids loved it -The Buffet had a wide food variety and they had a different theme every night. -Their staff were friendly and hospitable.

- MOSQUITOES 🦟 MOSQUITOES.. MOSQUITOES - The outside bathroom because it was full of ants and mosquitoes and me and my kids are full of bites on all our bodies. - We did not enjoy swimming in the pool villa because of the insect bites. - The all inclusive only included 2 non-alcoholic drinks and the juices were all canned not fresh!! They did offer sodas though. - The local island tour that is included with the All inclusive plan is not worth it.. there is not much to see, you walk around and then go to one gift shop and it’s hot.

We wished we stayed in this resort longer. I had my engagement proposal at this resort and it was beautiful and amazing. The whole team was very attentive and made sure all my requests were fulfilled. I would like to shout out the staff that made our stay more amazing and we would definitely come back to this resort when we are in Maldives again. The staff that deserved a raise and high commendation are Vanesa and Chatarine. The rest I had a pleasure working with are Salika, Jumaan, Anil, Prime, Leona & Mikee. I recommend this hotel than other overpriced luxury hotels around the country. The activities you should do are shark snorkelling, dolphin watching, whale shark expedition and also Male tour if you’re interested about their city history. Their breakfast, lunch and dinner spread is delicious everyday and I recommend everyone to get full board. I also recommend their sunset villas as it is spacious, private and i’m going to say it again, AMAZING! Thank you Malahini for being part of my engagement journey and we are sure to come back for more!

Location is great near from airport and you will still have the isolated island vibes. Modern resort. Clean. Breakfast was good Nice sunset, nature on the garden also nice.

buffet was average. With cheap options for seafood, strange for an island in Maldives... Too many terms and conditions. Please treat the guests as guests not customers, they try to charge you for anything!

That's just wow! Worth every penny! We had amazing 8 days in paradise! We stayed in a regular garden room and it is good. Great shower, nice bed, more than enough space for two. Maybe willa is ok if you're ready to spend x2 on it, but come on! You're on the island in the ocean and there is so much things to do actually! It is better to spend more on the ocean adventures like snorkeling, diving, excursions, surf and so on. But if you have kids than yes, villa is a must. We had full board and it was amazing! I'd like to say huge thank you to all restaurant chefs, waiters and everyone who is involved in cooking, serving and cleaning. We've never had such breakfast - lunch - dinner experience. Meat, beef, fish, fruits, vegetables, national and international cuisine... Incredibly tasty and dozen of meals to choose from every day. Superb! Beach is clean and has a lot of different places where you can chill. Ocean life if awesome! Snorkeling close to the beach or near the deeper reef — you'll find a lot of fish to explore. Marine Hub and guys working there - true ocean gods! Take at least one adventure with them. We went snorkeling with stingrays and oh my! It was incredible! Safety measures, equipment, support - 10/10. Ocean life... I'm speechless. Never seen it before with my own eyes. Super! Great respect for every malahini marine hub person! People. Maybe this resort is not super luxury or exclusive, but listen, people who work here 🙏 they are one of a kind! They are making this resort the best place to be!!!! Marine hub guys, room service, tech stuff, kitchen, reception — I'd like to say thank you 1000000000 times! Our stay at malahini was perfect because of you! I wish you only best ❤️ you took our hearts and we're so happy about it! We're going to come back soon!

Some guests should be more polite and gentle. Smoking, using Bluetooth speaker on the public beach, screaming drunk in a bar during live music evening event .. come on, rent a villa and go wild there, don't ruin other people holidays. Maybe some politics should be applied for those situations.
