Amazing property and fantastic service from the moment of arrival! Lovely beach area, nice tennis court with water and towels waiting for the players - reallt excellent level of service.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning from the lunch duck pancakes at the Chinese restaurant at the property, and started to feel bad. I had booked this property for the last night stay and therefore could not enjoy neither the next day breakfast nor the arrival evening dinner. Managed to fly away though but was in bed 2 days in Delhi before I could fly back home.

The property is big, there are daily activities meant for everyone so no dull moments. The staff are all very accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Muhei, Russel and Eka who assisted us really well. All of the staff are friendly and I love the birthday surprises! I also appreciate that they allowed us to extend in Overwater Bungalow twice for free! Wide selection of food during breakfast and dinner too! The best part? The sunset!!!! Amazing view! Will highly recommend!

I think what needs improvement is the way they cook the “beef” they served at the FEAST resto are not tender, even the sausages are a bit hard. The taste was good though. Also, the water sports experience. We took the 2hr reef and stingray activity and paid a lot but didn’t really see much! I think they could find a different spot next time because there are places in Maldives where there are a lot of stingrays, nurse sharks, dolphins, etc.

The staffs are all friendly and kind, especially the chef Dannee at Feast restaurant provides an exceptional service. I told him that I was allergic to many spices and not many I can choose from the buffet, he cooked a meal without those spices. I enjoy my meal with peace of mind. My family love the restaurant (Feast) as it serve with variety of foods and they change their menu everyday. My family enjoy the food and the song so much. Specially thank you to the Chef (Dannee) with his kindness. 🥰🥰🥰 Without his kindness I have nothing to eat. The waiter and waitress are very welcoming and helpful.👍👍👍

Downside on the snorkelling activity there is no snorkel instructor. Plus we didn’t manage to claim our free photography session given when we reach and photography session and is always full session.

Overall I satisfied with our vacation. I like that it is close to airport, so we didn’t wait much time to get the transportation from one hand, but from another hand we saw male and high rise buildings from one part of island, which is not good. My son enjoyed kids club so much, they had nice activities every day, it wasn’t boring. Especially would like to say thank you for Natasha and Maria in kids club. I also liked breakfast and dinner in the hotel.

Our villa was a little shabby, they need renovation. I noticed garbage in different parts of the island and in the water, for example plastic bottles.

Very good hotel and service. Good variety of food and restaurants (we had full board and it was the best choose). Nice service. Great ladies in kids club! Our daughter loved them!

All was very nice, we are already considering to return (and it was not our first time in Maldives, we have other experience to compare with). The only thing I didn’t like is policy with transfers. When I made a reservation, cost of transfer was added to the total cost, we paid it. However, at the moment when we had our trip transfer was complimentary for all bookings. We raised that question, but didn’t get a compensation

We loved the property, beautiful beach and comfortable bed. Food is expensive but cheaper than getting all inclusive at least for us. The over water bungalows we didn’t like as much as the cottage. The cottage was lovely and think we will prefer that if we come back again!

The only issue we had was the boat ride back to the airport they were very slow to get us to our transfer and we were a bit late and the reception staff didn’t seem to care at all. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Convenient location just 15 minutes by speedboat from the international airport, great service - the Manager Ajay is hands on and nothing is an issue. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back. The over water villas are a dream, definitely stay in those. We stayed in several Sheratons around the planet and they are a great chain, the breakfast and food in general really good.

We didn’t have all inclusive and the food and drink were slightly overpriced - but they taste amazing, just arrange for all inclusive from the beginning.

The hotel is only few minutes away from the airport which was great as there was free airport transfer, i enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler , had booked an island view cottage without a pool but they upgraded it for me with one , talk about top notch services from all the staffs who are very friendly and welcoming, i felt at home and couldn’t have celebrated my birthday any other way. Thank you to Mr Mifrah who also arranged for my take away breakfast as i had an early flight to catch, the room was very clean as well and the food was great. I loved the surprise birthday cake when i arrived. Im definitely coming back . And would highly recommend anyone who wants to celebrate their honeymoon , birthday, vacation or anniversary to come to book Sheraton full moon , its for sure a paradise😌

I loved every bit of it🤗, i just didn’t like the way was treated at the airport so many questioning for being a solo traveler, it was a bit unfair being asked if i was coming for work just because i was a lady traveling alone . Was stopped several times which made feel like a criminal and was about to turn around and go back. But the hotel changed my whole mood and I’m grateful

Thank you Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa for the delicious birthday cake! It was the perfect treat to celebrate my special day!

Everything was arranged so well starting from the entrance till room. The worth mentioning part is staff members who were so welcoming especially the highlights ones were the clinic doctor who was so professional and friendly and Miss May who helped me allot despite of being off duty. I will surely recommend and visit the place in future.

There are few things which should be improved 1) when I entered the room there was no water so I had to call reception but unfortunately the phone wasn’t working either. 2) switches were not working to charge my cellphone. Somehow I managed to contact the reception and requested for assistance and thankfully it was provided after 45 minutes of wait.
