I liked pretty much everything the room was quite spacious and clean with all amenities, the hotel itself its like a little village so you can find anything you need, it also has many indoor and outdoor restaurants , shops, leisure activities, casino, night club the whole lot. Also staff are very friendly and helpful. beds and pillows are soft and fluffy. Will stay again

The Suya restaurant is way overpriced, for two sticks of Suya they charge more than 20K NGN, I understand its a luxury hotel but still that is way too much , Radisson and Continental charge 3K per stick in Lagos which is a more expensive city than Abuja. There was an unidentified continuous noise coming from the corridor between 2-3 AM that woke me up a few times

Great breakfast, very secure venue - once in you feel like it's a secluded resort. Great pool, lovely fresh water not loaded with chlorine.

Wi-Fi so bad we could barely work with no premium service available. Ordering everything from laundry pick-up to room service to a beer on poolside takes so so so long. Overly complicated process to provide a cash payment for booking a taxi. It's not possible to just 'charge' a journey to a room.

This is by far the best place to stay in Abuja. All the workers were gracious and accommodating. I could not ask for a more comfortable place to be. Many Thanks.

I am a coffee guy. So better expresso quality would have been nice. This would be using higher quality beans and perhaps those trained up to create the drinks better. I think the Hilton is big enough to support this or perhaps invite a Starbucks franchise in. Kinda picky I know. Maybe more Western fair on the menus...

We enjoyed our room on the 8th floor. The room was very large and spacious, the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. We looked forward to coming to our room each night to rest and unwind after full days. I appreciated the quality and continuity with Hiltons worldwide, and the wiFi was excellent throughout our stay. We met many very interesting, unique and talented people!

I thought the food in the Executives Lounge could have been better. For what is charged for the Executive Lounge access rooms, I would have enjoyed more variety each day in breakfast options and higher quality food.

Pleasant staff. Especially Perry & co on the executive floor lounge. Not forgetting to mention the suya terrace staff ( Stella & Rahab) Excellent professionals. Great

The POS machines for payment fell short of the high standard of the Hilton brand. Enough said.

The staff was very attentive, helpful, and quick to react. I appreciate that my request to change the room due to musty smell was met right away. Food at breakfast was excellent.

The humidity in the room was unprecedented. AC had to be on all times, but everything felt damp, from floor to sheets. The gym could be better - crowded and low ceilings.

Right from the staff at arrival outside, to staff at reception, the ladies and gents taking care of our rooms, restaurants staff especially Helen the manager of Bukka Hut, and so many others, the standard was exceptionally consistent all through our 4 nights there. There was not one thing that was left out. They managed to make each person feel special. My husband and I will be back for sure. Highly recommended and very good value for money

There's nothing really that I found fault with. At checkout, though, I mentioned to the manager at reception that it would save some time at checkout if the invoice could be slipped under the door the night before check out

The hotel is a world class African hotel, well situated in one of our capitals. It makes official meetings very easy. Hence I prefer to stay there, although it is pricy and could do with a special rate to accommodate African institutions.

The gardens are incredible- with old trees, for morning walks. The African art & craft market is a must. Kudos!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in , check out process, it's a complex with many restaurants and bars, overall very good experience I will stay there again

Don't know if I missed something but there's no room service available, could not get the TV working, shower curtain was dirty, no shower gel throughout my stay ( forgot to ask for some as well)

The security was top-notch. The pool was excellent. The laundry service was excellent. The staff around the hotel were very pleasant indeed.

The check-in process was unnecessarily laborious and inefficient. The rooms booked for 2 people had only 1 towelling robe and 1 slipper. There was a notice that you couldn't leave your valuables in the room safe, safely.
