Nice location within walking distance from all amenities and with a beautiful view on the Côte Blue. Friendly staff. Ample parking space on the hotel’s property.

The sea view from the balcony is blocked for one third by a very large tree. They have just installed electric chargers on the parking lot but the rfid cards (I have two of them widely accepted in France at other chargers) did not work. The app for the (rather unknown) operator did not accept my credit card for whatever reason. The staff was not helpfull at all in addressing the issue with the operator of the electric chargers they have contracted with. While the location and sea view from the hotel’s terrace are superb, the hotel is located right next to the rather.busy, and thus noisy coastal road. Finally, and most disappointingly, the hotel’s kitchen is closed for lunch and dinner for two full days (Sunday and Monday) in the high season!!

I got very lucky and was given a nice room upon checking in, and oh my goodness, the VIEW. See the attached photos... It was magical! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was something else. The room was perfectly sized for a solo traveler: not too small, not too large, with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfectly adequate, even for a borderline germophobe like me, and most importantly all of the bedding (even the comforter) and towels were spotless. The staff were excellent hosts, caring and polite without it feeling forced. I enjoyed a glass of champagne by the pool, and a couple more late at night in their spacious lobby watching YouTube on my laptop -- the bartender took excellent care of me, even though he was busy prepping for breakfast the next day. I really liked that they served the wine in a nice crystal glass instead of the industrial-grade toddler-proof stuff we get back home in the US. While I didn't personally dine in the restaurant, I did see the menu and the food looked delicious, plus the dining room looks out onto the ocean. Finally, the location is perfect, you are only a few steps away from all the restaurants and shops but isolated enough that it felt quiet. Though I was in town for work, this hotel made it feel like a vacation. I would definitely stay again!

My biggest complaint was that the hairdryer was one of those things where you have to depress the button the whole time to get airflow. Annoying for a long-haired girl like me! Other minor complaints were that the room safe was broken and there was no iron in the room, though the front desk host brought one up himself as soon as I requested it. Also, when I stayed there, the hot water heater was broken, meaning no hot water throughout the hotel for the whole weekend! (As the staff apologetically explained to me, the required part wasn't going to come in until Monday.) They did knock 30 euros off of the already-reasonable nightly price for my trouble, but honestly, everything else was so nice that I didn't care. Cold showers are good for your health anyway lol

Hotel is very central, with amenities as well if you prefer to stay inside. The pool was nice and open all day. Most important for me, my dog was able to move around without issues. Our stay was excellent.

After booking, I received a message that we will be charged for electricity inflation 3 EUR per night (on top of taxe de sejour) and also we paid 15 EUR per night for my dog. I would prefer to have all this info in advance and not coming separately later. Plus, a suggestion is to add some bowls with water available here and there for pets or maybe in the room.

The hotel is ideally situated for touring along the Mediterranean coast away from the highly populated areas. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and the atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed. Our room was very comfortable with a stunning view from our balcony. Our evening meals and breakfast buffet were excellent - in particular soya milk is available which was important for me as I am lactose intolerant. The chef very kindly ensured that I was aware of menu choices which would not have been good for me and adapted dishes to suit my dietary needs - thank you so much!

Nice family room with a sea view and comfortable bed. The location is great, just a minute or so by foot from the centre of town and five minutes to the first beach. Free on-site parking was a bonus and the outdoor pool was still open in September, which was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was overpriced and not great quality. The sea view is great but remember that the hotel is on the road, so a sea view will likely also mean some limited traffic noise.

The views from the balcony were good & the location very near to the marina where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast buffet was good & competitively priced at 14 euros each.

The restaurant area which was also the breakfast area was rather stark. Perfectly OK for breakfast, but not as a restaurant. Our room for 3 adults could have been larger!

Air conditioning did not work properly, drainage in bathroom shower and sink poor and appeared to be blocked with some odours emanating from the facility. Confusion over upgrade to pool view is not the same as a seaview. Additional charge for pool view plus additional charge for seaview, just be aware as not clear at time of booking.

We asked for a quiet room and were given room 219 which was perfect. It was looking over the sea but away from the harbour. Great location for exploring Sausset and La Cote Bleue.

Loved how dog friendly it was, and that dogs are allowed round the pool. Very clean, small and friendly, not too over crowded. Nice to have free parking too.

Room was very clean but a little on the small side. Towel worn had hole in it . Had to step up to get on balcony that was very small just enough room to sit on. Not much room to hang clothes on .
