Great size rooms, very comfortable bed. Great bathroom - all toiletries included. Breakfast was excellent. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Family room was 2 full size adjoining rooms. Door wedges were provided to make sure the adjoining doors stayed open, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

No USB charging points in rooms. Prices at the hotel bar were very high. Breakfast was not automatically included and not an obvious add on during booking. Doors rattled a bit when people walked past. Could hear people in the room upstairs. Conditioner was empty in kids bathroom.

That as a guest you had to pay for entry to the pool

The price of the parking was very high. One night during general alarm was a totally wrong procedure and kept the people into the rooms because was 'DETECTED HAZARD PLEASE STAY AT THE ROOMS' since the reason of hazard was a potential fire and we should have been requested to abandon the hotel imidiently. In case of real fire lot of us could be trapped in the rooms. You have to change the procedure and those taped info to the PA system and to call specialists to set up a real emergency announcment. Train also the personnel.

It was a very nice surprise gift from the hotel! we celebrated our wedding anniversary! Our longer weekend was great at the Hilton hotel. We were in a suite with a river view. Wonderful, clean, cozy. The SPA was great. The breakfast was rich and very very good.

2 saunas, but small. Only the two of you can be inside. I have visited a lot of hotels in Europe, and I don't see that any hotel (not even 5* invests in a hair dryer), the same in Hilton, the hair dryer is very bad. I recommend the hotel to think about it!! The mattress in the suite was stiff, I was expecting more comfortable/softer.

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms and beds, lovely swimming pool and delicious breakfast. We loved the fresh juice making and choices of bread. The staff were very friendly and tried to help with everything.

You need to book the parking in advance. It looks like the secure car park is available to general public and there aren’t enough spaces for the guests. The hotel worker was also prioritising Lithuanian guests and letting them through while telling us that there aren’t enough spaces. Luckily we got a place once we spoke to the manager.

Perfect location in the heart of Gdansk. I don't think you can find better location. Room was spacious and it was a great stay during our short holiday. Staff were super welcoming and you can ask them for any advise or support. Pool as expected was not quite big and all zone quite tiny but still it is relaxing to use it before or after exploring the city.

Parking place really expensive, more than 30eur/night. Breakfast not expected higher quality for 5* hotel, even if you can choose from menu still taste and quality quite poor. Gym is not well equipped as you write on your webpage. Actually gym zone is very tiny and really poor equipment. And we got very noisy neighbors and It was so loud that I could repeat their songs together till 2 a.m. until. But thanks for a staff, they made improvements for next nights and everything was ok.

Spotless clean, very comfortable, location is great. Was impressed by soundproofing - we stayed at NY eve but had good night sleep at all nights Great service, nice breakfast. Room was super cool too - big and stylish. Will definitely stay again.

Do not expect much from sauna and steam bath - they are not bad, but very small, literally 4m each and can not fit more than 2, max 3 people at once. Pool is also small. However i loved the outdoor terrace at SPA zone! Also, parking should be requested in advance to secure the place, as it is small. we did not know that so had to look for parking place, which is not easy in old town.

Absolutely amazing stay. The English speaking staff was so kind, helpful and professional I couldn’t believe. Polish staff however not so much.. But the place itself, the level of comfort and delicious food are all 10 out of 10. Absolutely loving it.

Drinks and cocktails a bit on an expensive side. Polish staff a bit rude and unfriendly.

Very good choice at Breakfast. Location could not have been better. It was very central, right on the waterfront and there were numerous restaurants etc close by. We had a fabulous view from our room of the river and some buildings. Our room was large and there was a walk in shower and a bath in the spacious bathroom. The room was very nicely decorated and everything was spotless.

Great location and views of the city.

Baby crib was requested and confirmed in advance, but instead we got the sofa prepared and needed to wait for the crib for some time once contacted the staff. Only one set of toiletries was provided as well as bathrobe, although we were two adults. Additionally, the master bed was not fully finished as linens were sticking out. Also, another minus that the bathroom floor is not heated. To sum up, its not what you would expect at the 5 star hotel.
