I had some cooling elements from the cooling bag in the car that I wanted in the freezer overnight and they packed the 4 of them in a nice bag with my room# on it.. very neat and no eyebrows lifted... with a smile.... like it was a natural thing to do. I had other experiences in other hotels with such a small favour. So this is not a BIG thing, but this efficient and flawless way of working was with all the actions (intake was fast and clear within 2 minutes)... breakfast started at 7 sharp. No understaffing.. but just ready to serv.

You do not visit this industrial area for fun and nature. It is just a very good pleasant hotel not far from the motorway... when you are underway from A to B. If you want to visit the Spanish F1 grand prix.... book now! It's a one minute walk to the circuit entrance!

Only stayed for two nights but the staff were friendly and professional, plus also spoke English which was helpful for me. Clean and quiet... although if you were there on a racing weekend at the Catalunya circuit nearby, you'd hear the cars/bikes racing around... I'd count that as a positive :)

I had my motorbike parked in the basement and it was a bit annoying how the lift always stopped at the ground floor when going up from the basement or down to it. No restaurant for evening meals during my stay.

The room was spacious and came with some basic amenities. The reception staff provided excellent service—they were very friendly and eager to help. The cleanliness of the room deserves special mention as well.

I stayed there during the summer, and the air conditioner was set to a fixed temperature. It can feel a bit uncomfortable at first, especially when you arrive, but once your body cools down and adjusts, it becomes more comfortable.

The ambience, the food, the staffs, everything about the hotel was on point except only one thing for me.... that was the location to the city centre... transportation for tourist who travelled down without a vehicle pays a high price on bolts and taxis. I had no issues with safety enroute home from the city.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy, the breakfast was good and the location to go to the track is top notch. Definitely worth it to spend a bit more rather than going to the ibis next door.

If I had to pick something negative, it would be the pillows. They give you two, a very hard one and a very soft one... since I like something in the middle, I mainly used my travel pillow I brought

Room very clean as was the hotel. Quality cleansing goods, staff very friendly.. bed very confortable with air conditioning Not far from motorway. Easy to find. Breakfast was adequate with decent choice. Needs a restaurant open in hotel as in other holuday inn expresses. We notice that some were having pizzas delivered.

Parking was a problem with niot many spaces. No restauranrs nearby for evening meal so fair drive to find one, not great after an already long drive..

clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day, breakfast ok :), reception service: a lady named Mercedes (blonde hair ), the only nice one, she was always able to greet us and answer our questions. the other reception servise weren’t interested in whether we entered or left.

Location is perfect for the F1 track. We went for a festival so much better to be close like this than back in the city

Breakfast wasn’t fantastic, what was there was nice, but felt it needed more - don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining. But if I could pick anything to improve it’d be that.

Breakfast was good especially given the price of the room. I came for the Track Day so location was excellent.

I wish they had ev charging in the car park as there’s no way for tourists to charge without a Spanish app n local bank account etc

When traveling with the car it is very comfortable, about 30 minutes from the center of Barcelona. Nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. There are a lot of parking spots in the hotel and in case it is full, there are many other places to park close.

Constant noise from the side of the hotel where we had our room, but it didn't bother us to sleep.
