Location was good. There was a money changer (a kiosk at the entrance too), 7-11, night market and halal restaurants nearby. The laundry service was fast (got them done the same day) and the place was quiet so very comfortable to sleep. They also tried to accommodate to my request and gave us two beds (big double bed & single bed) which cld be pushed together so it was safer for my son to sleep in and not roll off. Stunning views from the restaurant.

The reception I called could not quite get my request for another bath mat although they spoke English. The breakfast was not halal so we had to be careful and pick what we could eat.

My friends and I stayed at Baiyoke Sky Hotel in Pratunam and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the night market. It’s just a short walk to major shopping spots like Platinum Mall, Big C, Palladium, and Central World. Super convenient if you're in Bangkok for shopping or exploring the local street food scene. For anyone coming to Bangkok to shop or explore the city, this hotel is in a prime spot. The hotel itself is one of the tallest buildings in Thailand, and the views from the upper floors are absolutely stunning, especially from the rotating observation deck. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. While some areas of the hotel feel a bit dated, the service was warm and professional throughout our Breakfast was served at one of the high-floor restaurants and included a wide variety of option, both Thai and international. Waking up to a city view and enjoying a good breakfast was definitely a highlight. I'm also glad they have an ATM machine in the hotel lobby so I don't have to risk going outside to withdraw money. Overall, I’d recommend Baiyoke Sky Hotel for travelers looking for a centrally located place with easy access to shopping, food, and transportation. It's not ultra-modern, but it offers great value and a memorable Bangkok experience.

The hotel is quite old and many parts of it feel outdated, particularly the rooms and hallways. While the rooms are large, the décor and furniture are in need of renovation. Some areas smell musty, and the air conditioning can be noisy. The elevators can also be very slow and crowded, especially since the hotel is popular with tour groups and non-guests visiting the observation deck or restaurants. While the location is near the night markets, there were less food options nearby aside from the halal restaurants and street foods.

Amazing breakfast at the roof terrace, it was not overcrouded despite hotel scale, a variety of choices, very tasty. Spacious room, we stayed at 64 floor with the outstanding view. Close to the hotel there is a market with lots of staff and food. The hotel proposes a free SIM card, 30 days internet of 30 GB costs only 200 bath (you can buy it at 19 floor).

The hotel has an amazing view from the top and the rooms of the whole city and I was very impressed with the buffet menus available as well as the breakfast buffet, bars, restaurants. The staff were super helpful and polite. I was able to take the shuttle every day which drops you off at the big shopping centres and very close to the hop on/hop off bus too. My room was cleaned daily and I had a bathtub and a shower at my disposal and toiletries provided. You can stay at the hotel all day if you want to as there is plenty to do (gym, spa, mini golf, fruit buffet, floating market, pool) Some reviews mention traffic at the lifts, however i never had any issues. As expected for a high rise building there are different lifts for different floors but the tourists there visiting the rooftop are using different lifts so there is no disturbance of hotel guests.

However, the hotel is a bit dated and as a result, there's squeaking coming out of the corridors (probably the pipes) which can be heard in the rooms (fixed with earplugs), and the wifi in my room at least kept getting disconnected (which was also fine because I had available data to use). The location is okay in terms of distance to the attractions, but right outside the hotel felt a bit unsafe for a female solo traveller.

The website said that the room we booked accommodates three people. Why did we have to request a bed for the thied person in our family. And Why did we have to pay extra money for this? This was very deceptive advertising. The room was not a good value as a result of this extra charge. When we book suites at other hotels the room includes enough beds for 3 people. Why did this hotel force us to pay extra and request a roll-away bed?!?!?

I had organized a group of 31 pax (15 rooms) out of which i had booked 10 rooms. It is a easy commute to all the places near the hotel

Close to shopping markets, restaurants. In house restaurant also has good Thai food in terms of quality taste and not expensive. Just next to the Hotel, Indian restaurants are also available if someone is interested but I didn't try them. Supposed to be the tallest Hotel in Bangkok and has amazing views from room windows also.

The property was good, four elevators to get to your floor and at busy times staff would stand outside the elevator to direct customers. Breakfast choices were fantastic and at a great price of 350 Baht each, you can dine on floor 78 or 81 (great views). Great location, so close to Bumrungrad International Hospital, MBK and so many other places to visit. Taxis is usually waiting outside but I would just call a Grab.

Having to keep swapping elevators, that was a bit confusing, until you got the hang of it that is. Three different elevator areas 😳😳😳 I did notice a few small cockroaches running around in my bathroom and in a cupboard (may be time for a fumigation spray). It’s not that it wasn’t clean because it was spotless, it’s just one of those things. The traffic getting in and out was a pain but that would be my only complaint.

We stay at 46th floor, the view is fantastic and sometimes can caught a sunset view from my room. The room is a bit old but still big ,clean and comfortable., The location is stragic , near airport raillink station, groud floor is pratunam market, walking distance to platinum mall and ventral plaza.

Shower was bad,, difficult to set temperatute and hard flow of water inside a shower closet, Found that near bathroom door carpet always wet, seems like water leaking somewhere, feel uncomfortable everytime I step on it, imagine that i stay here for 10 days!

A big thank you to the amazing staff. They go out of their way to help you, and they're always with a smile. The hotel is conveniently located just behind Indra market & few minutes walk to Big C & Platinum mall. From Suvarnabhumi Airport, if you are travelling by BTS railway, Ratchaprarop station is just behind the hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful, especially in the night as it is one of the tallest buildings in Bangkok. We had a wonderful 5 night stay & will always stay at Baiyoke Sky Hotel whenever we visit Bangkok
