I had a truly pleasant experience at this hotel during my recent trip to Kuwait. The location is absolutely perfect — very close to the airport, which made my arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was punctual and very convenient. Check-in was a breeze — the registration process was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive. I really appreciated how well they handled customer requests with a warm and welcoming attitude. For Muslim travellers, this hotel is especially ideal as there is a mosque located just in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to perform prayers. I found it very calming to clearly hear the azan (call to prayer) from my room. Another plus point is that the hotel is surrounded by plenty of street food stalls, money changers, and affordable shopping complexes, all within easy walking distance. This made it very convenient for meals, currency exchange, and a bit of shopping during my stay. ✅ Please note: As part of Kuwait’s local regulations, married couples may be asked to provide a copy of their marriage certificate or marriage card during check-in. From my understanding, this applies especially to Muslim couples. I fully respect and understand this requirement, and it did not affect my positive experience at all. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for those on a short stay or transit to other destinations. The excellent location, outstanding customer service, and thoughtful facilities made my stay truly memorable. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

We booked late and only dropped messages through the app, but everything was arranged perfectly . Early checkin was accommodated.Driver was already waiting for us at the airport. The staff was very friendly, especially the manager. "Mr.Tahir was very friendly but professional. Price could have been better.water was too hot in 🚿 which is understandable due to weather, but some mixers should be installed.

Exceptional help from the staff during our short stay and we deeply appreciated the kindness in providing tea for our early morning wake up and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. We were very grateful for the help with smiles with our luggage when we arrived late at night and departed early morning! This was a perfect overnight stay very close to the airport . The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much !

The location is great for those who like the downtown feeling and vibes. Close to the mosque. The staff are nice, fiendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with a good verity. The area around the hotel is filled with shops and restaurants.

The room was very small and could be arranged in a better manner. Al Qeblah in the room didn't seem to be pointing to the right direction compared with mosque!

We were collected by staff from the airport, even though there had been quiet a while to wait to collect our transit visa's, they didn't complain. The room was clean and had everything that ee needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't the morning buffet due to it being Ramadan, but there was a night time buffet that had vegan options so we were very happy. Would definitely come again.

1-i got free airport pick up /dropp off ☆☆☆☆☆ 2-all staff was nice .specially reception mr ahmed he is very friendly and helpul and care about the customer needs & customer satisfaction and whilling to support from his heart :)♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ 3-the room have fridge.kettle.soap..etc and free water as well ● 4-city view & location is perfect as everything you need around is walk distance ♡ 5-they treat me very well > 5 star service 6-nice breakfast (buffet) 7-room and bed/ blanket was very clean and comfortable i had a good sleep

The room was really clean and bed was super comfortable! I really liked the fact that the reception staff were friendly and organised transport for free for when I returned back to the Airport. The location is really good especially if you’re looking to be in closer proximity to the airport! Overall such great value for money

Excellent hotel in right location in Farwaniya. Bus and taxis available with multiple choice restaurants. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. Complimentary pickup and drop was spot on with good friendly drivers. Rooms wee clean and tidy with excellent facilities mentioned & 15mts to airport

The free pick up, to and from the airport was excellent . The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast ,which was included in the price was delicious and plentiful. The location was also good as there are supermarkets and eateries nearby.

Room was a little dated and the shower leaked, but for the price, I didn't mind so much.

Elsa yes and Ahmed are very nice and helpful people they gave us free airport drop off with very good rooms and the service is very good. I really recommend staying here if considering it and they also give really good breakfast included
