If i reviewed the Hotel by the staff treatment, I'll review the Hotel 1 but that would be unfair for the Hotel. I booked three Nights and Just I wanted to modify the reservation to check out one day earlier, but the staff was playing a bad game, we had contacted Booking.com they did the best, but hotel insist to delay the refund. so, to gain our time and catch our flight we had checked out without receive the refund, later they had contact Us to come hotel and collect the refund, so we paid for a taxi to the hotel but unfortunately what we received (refund) we paid for flight modification and Taxi fees to collect the refund .. So I won't be unfair to the hotel because of the bad behavior of the staff Every is fantastic but be care about the payment if you aren't sure 100% about your accommodation dates .. Really i wish i could review them with more than 10 but i couldn't

Comfortable and price wise it is economical compare to other hotels in town. Easy access to major areas of Kuwait. Best part they have mosque just in front of the hotel so easy to go. Enough covered parking area which is good for summers, because in Kuwait cars become ovens when if they are parked outside .. lol. Friendly staff, prompt service and especially room cleaning ladies are very active and pleasant personality. Dinning area staff provides good service in the morning for breakfast. As a note there would me little more items needed to add in breakfast buffet. Receptionist are also very friendly and supportive. McDonald’s, Hardee’s and many Arabic, Pakistani and Indian restaurants located within walking distance. Ohhh did I forgot to mention, gold market, computers market and cell phone shops? They are just behind the hotel and you can go walking. I liked the Gold Market there, good place for gold shopping.

Rooms and washrooms needs little renovation because they are little old style. Sort of cosmetic stuff. Resturent area also needs further cleaning and upgrading of furniture. TV was very old and hardly some good channels to watch.

Big and beautiful rooms, neat and cleans sofa, nice windows view literally you can see entire Kuwait view from the top floor if you lucky enough to get stay above 16th floor. Night view wow, AC quiet!!

Parking area not smooth, bumps and humps, floor tile was broken in the parking area

The rooms are really enormously large and tastefully made up. It was a pleasant stay, although the Hotel made the impression that business is low. I did not see any other guest while I was there. But it's obvious that the staff there is doing a good job and all in all it felt very comfortable.

There is a board around the bed more or less in the same colour as the floor.. every time I went towards the bed I hit my ankle.

The room was very large and comfortable. Good shower. Big TV with comfortable sofa around it. The staff were helpful. I enjoyed the food and view from the sky restaurant.

I have no complaints. It was quite a bit further away from the waterfront than I had imagined.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The room is clean . The food also is good . Thank you all

Needs a little bit of renovation in some places otherwise it’s good

Free parking, friendly staff and spacious room.

The breakfast menu is very basic, no coffee corner in the room, the furniture height is make for short people as it is not very comfortable to set on the sofa and the chairs provided in the room.

The room is very big and comfy, a variation of tables and chairs

The AC went off for a long period and it took a long time for them to fix it, then they decided to move us to another room

the staff is very professional, kind and cooperative, special thanks to Angela , the receptionist, she is always available for immediate support, another big thanks to Linda, the hard worker lady at the restaurant , she is delivering an amazing service.

l liked hotel have big room 55m and have good and friendly staff like Ahmad, Mahmood, Novin and Angela.. good location for city and good price

I didn’t like the TV it’s old TV, I hope change to new TV and big one like 50 or 55 inch it’s good size for this room
