The hotel was very comfortable with amazing views, the rooms were spacious, clean and nice. all members of staff were amazing and very helpful, Mostafa at reception was fabulous very warm and friendly. Thank you to every member of staff for being very kind and helpful and making us feel so welcome, ❤️

The hotel could do with a refurbishment, the bathroom needs upgrading, the swimming pool needs to have a rota as there were always people training for snorkeling every day, the pool wasn't big so it got crowded which was sad as we wanted to spend more time swimming the pool needs upgrading aswell.

The coziness of the room and the staff were friendly

Walking distance to the Kuwait towers, Assima mall and Shaheed Park. Also, the view from the restaurant (Kuwait City Skyline) and my room - Kuwait towers. I got a lot of help from the staff - especially Ahmed and Amr - and breakfast was included.

I got a smoking room even though I asked specifically for a non-smoking room, and even though the smell wasn't too bad, it was still lingering there. Also, there was no fruit for breakfast. That would have been appreciated. There were no clear signs as to where the changing rooms for the swimming pool were and you couldn't lock the door once you found it. Also, the ladders down into the pool were rickety and broken.

The Hotel met truly my expectations and to be fair even more. Very central, clean rooms with all necessities. Most of all staff were very helpful. When I had any queries, difficulties or needed help they were very efficient and prompt, especially the reception / front desk, namely Hamdi and Ahmed.

The air-conditioning system could be appreciated more if it was just a little more cool. Thus one can understand that in Kuwait it's hot. At times I felt the air-condition wasn't giving that output as it should be. I emphasis only at times and not continuously. And to be fair I did not ask if it could be arranged. Probably if I did they would have done something as they did in other things and very promptly.

My stay at the hotel was really exceptional, I enjoyed everything starting from my cozy ,warm room , the food ,the amazing views at restaurant, the welcoming staff and they are all very helpful especially at reception, many thanks to one of reception managers ( Mustafa) for being such helpful and considerate person

At the room I think it will be very helpful for the cleaners and the guests if the curtains changed to that adjustable type where we can close the windows if the guest want, if it is too sunny to tolerate

Failed to pick me up at the aiport on time and did not let me know. Had to call the hotel to remind them of my pick up. Finally I got picked up 75 minutes later, totally exhausted and frustrated.

All was more than good, just there is no WiFi!!!

There is No Wifi!!! If you ask them and they said there is, no there is No! I read all the reviews. I saw that there is No, asked them if they removed this problem, they said - YES, but they lied! NO WIFI!!! Just buy card from the airport with more GB! Don’t trust them about WiFi, they said 1000 different lies for two days about it!

The location is in a quiet area but still walkable towards to city centre or the beach. Good price - Quality. Personnel was very nice. Room was good so was the bathroom, not luxury but fine. If you get a room on a high floor it will have a good view. there is an excellent Indian Restaurant accessible from the hotels lobby!

The mattress and bedclothes are very comfortable, I slept 12 hours when normally I need just 6-7. Also excellent location, just near the center and seacoast. Nice views to the downtown. There are pool and spa on the 2nd floor. They also provide a breakfast for the very cheap price.

The wifi wasn’t so good in the room

Huge hotel. The lobby have a shop, reception, conference room, restaurant and barber shop. Stuff is friendly and helpfully. The airport transfer is free. Quiet all level. Other floors have swimming pool, restaurant, beauty shop. The access card open the door so very safety. Huge bed, TV have internet so you can't see YouTube or Netflix. Safe in the wardrobe. Bathroom it's clean, shower is big. Kettle if you want make coffee. AC Same have in the room.

Little far away from the city center and not gave to much walk path around the city.
