I had a great experience staying at Saray Prime Suites. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed — a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a clean, spacious bathroom. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions, yet still peaceful. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. It’s a perfect place for both short and long stays. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is clean and provides daily needs with cleanliness as well as helping us buy some needs in addition to providing their services in transporting bags and providing parking spaces, and the area is full of taxis at all times and at reasonable prices We enjoyed it very much.

None I was also worried about the hotel because I knew nothing about it and I was afraid that it would not suit us as a group, but thank God it exceeded all our expectations.

I booked 3 bedrooms suite, there was only 4 towels and not enough soups shampoos and shower gels I had to ask for it. The water heater is enough for one person only, we had to arrange shower timing and save lot of hot water.

One of the best places to stay in the State of Kuwait. The cleanliness and treatment are very special, and the location is close to all the important places that are worth visiting. The prices are reasonable and I strongly recommend it.

nothing seriously, Just there is no beautiful view, not good place for walking around, the main entrance is little difficult but no problems with google maps ;) last important thing, The pillows are very high and tiring on the neck. They must be changed urgently and comfortable pillows should be provided.

1st of all, I would like to say big thank you to Mr. Manish for his help and support initially my booking was for accommodation with 2 bed rooms but he provided me accommodation with 3 bed rooms without any additional fee which I really appreciate his help and support.

Nothing everything was perfect, even my family recommended this accommodation for their friends and families as well .

The apartment was new and clean comparing to the price we stayed on the new building . Special thanks to Mr.kenan for his professionalism and kindness, he upgraded our apartment to 3 rooms instead of 2 rooms without extra fees

The location is close to dasman international school . So it becomes a bit crowded early morning and in the afternoon otherwise the experience was quite good

The out standing hospitality of the staff. I forgot the names - sorry - but in general they all were very nice and helpful.

The sofa was not clean (used heavily) while the rest of the furniture is so new and clean.

excellent Location, pick is few steps away, Trolly the supermarket is next door, Starbucks is next road , its in the middle of everything, the place is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the beds are clean and the room service is excellent, parking is always available for my car otherwise the watch man take my car, i loved the place i will go again and recommend it

It's 5 minutes far from Al-Mubarakiah market and Kuwait center. The apartment was full equiped and clean. The staff was great The apartment was new. I hope to keep it cleanly.

1. Pillows were not comfortable enough. 2. Little parking lots despite of security grateful efforts 3. House keeping may not replace used towels and/or slippers by themselves unless calling the reception Based on the receptionist, there will be an employee will be charge soon . There is leaking due to flush problem Generally, it was a wonderful apartment
