The location of the hotel was in the center, business district. Being next to the Al Hamra Shopping Mall, dining, shopping or going to cafes were very convenient. Room was spacious. Bathroom was very nice, having all the amenities with good quality. There were room slippers and bath robes. Satff were very helpful, every time I asked them something. Breakfast was good with a variety of food.

There wasn't an hairdryer in the room. I asked and they brought immediately. Again, there wasn't an iron or ironing board, but they brought very quickly after I asked. I would recommend that they have Earl Grey tea for breakfast.

The front office lady (assume to be Philippino) is a bit rude, would like to see if the person really know what 'hospitality' means. You should not ask the guest everytime about the room number which is absurd and annoying to the guest. Despite asking such question, the lady is not even ashamed that she is not doing the right thing. At least be polite while asking and have a smiling face to the least.

The hotel was good overall, but what truly stood out was the professionalism and courteous attitude of Mr. Yasser, the hotel manager. Despite his position, he was approachable, attentive, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. His personal attention and respectful demeanor had a significant positive impact on my stay. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and wish him continued success.

The crowding

Great location, Helpful staff, cleanliness, towels smell so nice, rich breakfast, variety of food. I was touched by the management of the hotel and customer service. We had the chance to meet the owner of the hotel during breakfast, he was keen to hear hotel guests feedback inorder to keep offering the best to meet their expectations . I am really impressed!

The location of the hotel is so central. You can easily find taxi if you stay there. They have airport service as well. The reception and the staff in the restaurant are so kind. Breakfast quality and variety are also excellent. We used pool after 4pm (family time). The room is comfortable for the families.

I have been upgraded without asking for it and the moment I reached the room was ready. Amazing 🤩 staff “Sayed, Mustafa”. Also, big thanks for Mr. Yasser how take care of me during my stay.

The room is clean and conveniently located near Hamra Tower, which offers a cinema, restaurants, and shopping options.

the parking space is limited and lacks shade. I requested a non-interconnected room, and the staff assured me it would be unoccupied. Unfortunately, another noisy guest was checked into the adjoining room.

Breakfast was good, location is perfect with Hamra tower nearby with restaurants and coffee shops

There is a table in the room to work on the laptop but there is no socket nearby to charge it. So all the time I had to leave my laptop charging on the bedside table before I went out.

The location is in the heart of kuwait city and the room interior was excellent. The hotel offered free valet parking and the staff were helpful for the car & luggage

The breakfast options were limited and the food quality was below average
