Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent shower, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast (delicious lemon pastries definitelly recommended!), free parking, convenient downtown location near public transport. Both room and breakfast with direct view of Kuwait Towers.

Cold room (AC heating not working, needed extra blanket), terrible WiFi connection, overcrowded breakfast area in late hours, outdated wellness center with non-functioning equipment.

should be at least free breakfast or atleast we can choose pur own breakfast for delivery. the menu no breakfast choices. the pool table is damaged. kid’s football table has no ball. swimming should be available atleast until 11 pm as it’s nice to swim at night time.some gym facilities are damaged. room is full of dust.

This hotel is located in easily accessible venues with open parking area; free of charge. The staffs wherever you go are genuinely friendly; polite and cooperative. The rooms are spacious and clean; with nice view to Kuwait Towers. Bathroom is also very good. Breakfast is served in floor-22; with nice view to the city; Kuwait Towers; and at early morning you might be able to enjoy the sunrise. If you book in this hotel; do not miss a breakfast in this restaurant. Some groceries are available in the nearby area; also Masjid is nearby for those who don't want to miss Fajar Prayer on time.

Great overall experience. We liked the hotel and the staff. There is a nice and clean lobby with seating space and a small coffee bar. Room: Big enough, clean and cleaned daily. Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom. Sufficient storage space. You can use the roomservice for food 24/7. It has decent prices. Staff: Plenty of staff, all friendly and very helpful. Restaurant: Breakfast: There is a great variety of food. Plenty of choice. I would not mind eating here every day of the year. Great view also as it's located on the 22nd floor. Extra: There is a pool with sauna etc. It was clean and the temperature was very pleasant at 34 degrees. There is a well-equipped gym and an area for kids to play as well. Location: In a good area. On walking distance from the Kuwait Towers and the Waterfront. Around the corner of the Al Hamra Tower. Souq AlMubarakiya is also reachable within considerable walking distance. There are sufficient restaurants in the area. Parking: We did not have a car, but there is plenty of parking space available right in front of the hotel. The airport pick up was well arranged. We would love to come back to the same hotel.

For business travelers the hotel location is great. Facilities are good and staff are friendly.

This stay was incredible: the tower is at a terrific location and overlooks the best portions of town. There is an excellent restaurant at the top. The rooms are constantly clean, and the property controls these aspects effectively. They responded quickly to whatever requests we made. I'd like to spotlight the people who work here. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast team was simply great! The breakfast experience here is one of the nicest I've ever had: breathtaking views of the city and sea, as well as friendly staff who assist you with anything you require. You have numerous options to pick from, and they are of high quality. Simply fantastic!

I have stayed here before and this time was as good as the other ones, thank you all! Easy and quick check in/out process, very professional and friendly staff at the reception and throughout the various departments (room service, housekeeping, maintenance...). The hotel is very central, ideal for my business needs and close to main landmarks, malls and restaurants. Spacious and very clean rooms with every appliance working properly. Comfy large bed with excellent choice of pillows too. The swimming pool/SPA area could do with a little face lift, but it's enjoyable anyway. Breakfast area on the 22nd floor with panoramic views. At the ground floor there is a small restaurant/bar with honestly priced food and quick service, there is also a very small shop in case one has forgotten, or run out of basics, like deodorant, shaving cream, or selling snacks and sweets.

Although the breakfast is generally good, with a very good selection of Continental and Arabic/Indian food, this time I had the impression the quality of the food has gone down slightly. Still good, but not as good as it was. The pastry, for instance, was hard in texture and didn't have much taste in my opinion. Not a big deal as I like savoury better. All the rest is very nice, don't get me wrong...., but when you've been spoilt, you notice the difference.

Wasn't happy with room key card as it didn't work properly some times. Shower cabinet in the bathroom let's the water out into the bathroom floor and we have to use the floor mat to keep water in and prevent flooding the rest of the place. I was given late check out at 3 pm on 26th October when we checked in but days later it was reduced to 2.30 pm.(still it didn't cause a problem to us ) In General we enjoyed our short stay in Kuwait and most probably utilise the same hotel for our next visit.

I liked a lot the staff first of all. The location is also good, and at a few minutes you have some restaurants and places to drink a coffee and smoke a shisha. Local bars. The hotel seems like one of 5 stars. They have gym, breakfast included, business place if you have to work on the computer, a restaurant, room service and a coffee shop. I was amazed. Very clean and you have also view to the Kuweit Towers. Good breakfast.

The price of the transfer from and to the airport is 20 KWD. A little bit expensive. If you buy separate the ways is more.
