1- Easy enter & exit way. 2-Every restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, and mall are near. 3-Easy check in & out. 4-Friendly staff ( special thanks to Michael) reception employ. 5- Clean room.

The only issue is breakfast not served at hotel.

Location and space. Breakfast was okay. Not many options.

Initially we stayed in room 106 for 6 persons. This apartment is just above the a lounge which serves hooka. The apartment was full of smoke at night and wasn’t healthy. However management was cooperative and offered a 2 apartments the following day.

The access of the wheelchair was straight with no steps. The room spaces were well distributed. The staff are very helpful and welcoming.

The access of the left is very narrow for the wheelchair. The housekeeping staff don't supply enough amenities for all the rooms within the same appartment. The bathrooms has steps which was not too much feel good for my mother as a senior citizen.

Amazing location , staff and size of room for family. Recommended for big family .

Breakfast are simple. The hotel needs to activating the facilities more, such as the gym, as most of the machines, is disconnected, and the Wi-Fi is weak in the gym , restaurant and in some area in the rooms.

Very good and helpful staff, got an upgrade. Plenty of parking, fine breakfast, comfortable bed.

Before the upgrade no socket near the bed and no bed side light. Both were improved following the upgrade.

No shaded parking.

The place is clean and quiet, the rooms are spacious, and very suitable for family accommodation.

1. Parking is open, under the sun, and is shared by non-hotel guests, and sometimes you may not find parking. 2. The TV is not smart, there are few channels that do not meet the desires of children, and it is not possible to connect YouTube to the TV

-I just wish they remove the beated doormat in front of the hotel entrance.

I receive nice greeting and excellent follow up from hotel reception, especially by Mohammed Al-Tunisia. Also, the hotel gym is very nice, the best facility i ever experienced. Its quit and clean.
