Everything was excellent. Every single staff member was highly friendly, welcoming, and offered to help by any means. The hotel is super clean, and I mean spotless. The bed sheets and towels were extremely clean and fresh. Housekeeping was efficiently fast and neat. Best hotel we’ve been to in Kuwait so far, it is a 4 start hotel, but it exceeds the cleanliness and services offered by many other 5 star hotels!! The highlight was the free upgrade without even asking!! Simply amazing.

The most disappointing aspect of the hotel is the parking facilities, which are highly inadequate and poorly designed. They fail to meet the expectations of guests, making it inconvenient and unsuitable for those traveling by car.

We love the room.. it is very clean and modern furniture.. elegant style..thanks to special attention of Ms.Nour from.reception, very attentive staff from housekeeping, pool is clean and safe special deligths from Management and to Ms Lovella, they have 2parts of lobby which i like with different kind of art collection and painting that add accent to the lobby and add to the interest of my mini cupcake to arts, A small starbucks is a plus, and in room tv with youtube and netflix access. All in all is an excellent choice, actually the room are big... i can recommend to my other family and friends. Thank you.. hopefully we will be back

Beautiful property well worth the value. When I first stepped into the room, I thought it was rather big compared to other hotels. Then I saw that there was more to it 'around the corner'. I really enjoyed all that space. The breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. The staff were top notch, always very friendly and kind. Nour - at the front desk - went beyond expectations when she helped me with a driver who was lost. She quickly remedied the situation, speaking to the driver and giving him directions.

Room needed to be dusted ( curtains and closet, I have asthma so I am very sensitive to dust ) Bed sheet, wallpaper , and curtains had perforations Stain on the pillow fabric ( it’s a clean pillow but the stain stayed after washing ) Towels too dry ( need to add fabric softener ) Doors don’t have any noise insulation Single travelers should have a section of rooms away from the rooms or suites that have been reserved by people with children Stains of oily substance on bed-frame leather and the bench in front of the bed Random knocking noises travel through walls

Building is renovated from inside. Good location near the downtown of Kuwait capital. Very clean. Rooms are very spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

No special parking area. Always crowded in the front of the hotel entrance. Expensive for its type. Heater was not working in some rooms, so it was cold. Some rooms have mall windows

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Ms. Noor The wonderful lady at the reception was extremely helpful. She arranged for early check in and late check out, also upgraded me to a suite. She even ordered taxi for me when required. She was a very nice person. Also Mr. Mahmoud an Mr. Tarek wee very polite and gentle. I recommend this hotel it was a pleasant stay overall.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The reception team was very kind and helpful, and I appreciate that they upgraded my booking.

The parking space was very limited, and I had to park my car in a sunny area. Additionally, I had planned to have dinner at the Lebanese restaurant, but unfortunately, there was no non-smoking area available.

Our stay was for one night, and we had a great experience. Check-in was quick, and the room was spacious with ample wardrobe space and a large bathroom. The staff were attentive, and the ground-floor swimming pool was clean and pleasant. Checkout was fast and smooth. Excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

The parking can be a challenge during the weekend at night.

The staff here were by far the friendliest and most welcoming of any hotel I've stayed at recently. The rooms are very nice. It's very close to the main corniche and they also have great breakfast. They also have a lounge with food at the top food which has a nice view of the city and was also quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here and when I return I will stay nowhere in Kuwait but here!
