Staff at the hotel is very professional, friendly, and just really nice. Starting from the security at the hotel gate, the receptionists, waiters, chefs, and room service staff. Literally everyone I interacted with at the hotel was nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, with different varieties. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable, and had everything I needed, and more.

The only thing I didn't like is I had hoped the hotel had contacted me before my arrival to make sure I know that the hotel can provide an airport pickup. I know it says that this service is provided on booking.com, but I thought it's for a fee, had I known it's already included, I would have used it for sure.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they really added to our stay, including arranging for a car to take us to sites we wished to see. We got an upgrade to a corner sea view room with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. Excellently furnished, great bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding with a chef making eggs to order and many buffet items to choose from. Highly recommend. It was about a 15 minute walk along the sea walk to the Kuwait Towers which was fun to do and see. Bonus: free transportation to and from the airport. There was a nearby school where parents were dropping off or picking up children, creating traffic jams that were rather fun to watch. There are sandy parking lots that fill up during the day near the hotel. All in all, a fine location and a great hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at Residence Inn by Marriott! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made my stay even better. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to Almubarkiah. The breakfast, was delicious with plenty of variety. What truly stood out was the staff’s professionalism and friendliness—they made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return on my next trip to Kuwait.

Everything about this hotel was good and as expected! We stayed here for 4 nights as a family, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also great and variety of options are available. The staff were the best part.. they are all extremely friendly and helpful to me and my family during our stay.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, where the underground parking is narrow and limited. You may have to park outside the hotel sometimes.

Friendly staff, convenient location within walking distance to main attractions. Breakfast was nice, we especially were amazed by how caring the staff were. Special thanks to Michelle, she was genuinely interested in making sure guests had everything needed and she was asking things that we indeed needed (for example to refill the coffee or where are our omelettes). Such a caring lady!

Nothing, everything was fine

Incredibly friendly staff on the front desk and in the restaurant for breakfast (they remember you by name which is lovely and it’s clear to see they work hard) a delicious breakfast with a range of options, comfortable rooms, very well located in terms of accessing the towers - you can even walk there, it’s amazing that they offer FREE transfers to and from the airport! Overall a lovely place to stay in Kuwait City.

Cleanness, hospitality, and generosity. This hotel is by far one of the cleanest I have ever visited, outperforming even high end 5-Star luxury hotels. With no exceptions, all the staff are amazingly friendly and generous. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will be visiting again whenever I come to Kuwait. This will be my go to hotel.

The windows should have a blackout blinds

the whole experience was amazing, starting from the complimentary pick up service from the airport and the arrangements and the amazing staff ! specially Marry. everything was so smooth and they were very cooperative and helped us alot ! the rooms were very nice and clean too. and the breakfast was good as well

maybe adding a valet service would make the experience perfect, however there are available parking area and the securities are making sure all cars are safe too

The hotel is very well kept , safe and clean . Appears to be a newly built property . A/C Work wonderfully . Everyone from the front desk staff ( Rahul) and the restaurant staff ( Michelle and Alaa) were extremely attentive and kind . The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices . I travel around the world and this Hotel is where I would stay again when I travel back to Kuwait.
