The room is comfortable, good size, the cleaners do an excellent job, always very clean. The location is very good, it's in the business district but everything is easily accessible from there, the city center but also the beach side. Free parking in front of the hotel. Friendly stuff. Every day we got free water in the room. This Ibis has better standard than european Ibis.

We had the non smoking room but sometimes it smells a bit like smoke probably coming from the air ventilation system.

The absolutely amazing breakfast buffet and the very helpful and attentive staff. We had a bit of an issue with the transport from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night. We, as well as the hotel staff, did our best to find a way to solve the matter. Accepting the slight delay, everything was sorted out and handled excellently!

Smoking in the room results in a fire alarm! Correct action would be to leave the room and the building. This happened twice. The staff are annoyed as well since they have no means to address the problem.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, being very close to the city center and particularly convenient for visiting Alhamra and Alraya Mall. The hotel truly feels like the heart of the city, with everything you need right at your doorstep.

I can't think of anything I didn't like everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and outstanding service.

Breakfasts are great. This place is a little gem in on the list of all hotels in Kuwait City. I have enjoyed my room, very confortable bed, everything super clean. Grrat room for 1 person, in 2 I guess there is no much space left.

I liked the little hotel gym, but I think it needs more attention. The runner does not work at high speeds, which almost killed me :D. Same comes for the orbitrek, also, not very stable, noisy, etc.

Everything was fantastic. Breakfast was great with many vegetarian options (mostly Indian food) but varied every day. The hotel is well located and very close walking distance to a mall. Everything else was a short ride away with Careem. The staff was all amazing, helped with a lost bag issue and other questions I had. The shower head was very strong and made for a great shower. The staff that cleaned the room changed towels every day and provided bottles of water every day. The room had a working safe, fridge, and outlets. And the working desk was very good for laptop setup. No noise from the streets and good air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable.

Some minor issues were that you can hear the neighboring rooms talking, and the shower didn't drain fast enough. But didn't impact my stay much.

Good size room, good shower. Very clean and comfortable. High level with great views of the sea was a real bonus. Friendly welcoming staff. We didn't make full use of eating facilities as there were restaurants and shops close by for us, but the food options looked very good.

Cheaper eating options may have tempted us to eat at the hotel. But the room was good value for money. Lived up to the Ibis standard we are familiar with.

How helpful and their staff is specially Mr. ahmed, he is so amazing person. Welcome you with a smile and always available 24/7 for any request. Also they try to do exceptions whenever they can

Room being small but its the standard size all over the hotel, also card configuration issue that started to happen since elevator start to need card to use. On the other hand they done elevator with card for residents’ security. Also configuration process doesn’t take 30 seconds in total.

The hotel is very well located, close to a shopping mall and to other facilities. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Transport from and to the airport is available at a convenient price. Rooms are clean and have more than space for a single traveller, which was my case. There is also the possibility to dine

The electronic keys kept on demagnetizing and I had to have them renewed several times. The cost of the water at the hotel restaurant is seven times more expensive that at a nearby restaurant. Strongly recommend to ask for tap water.

- Bus stops are nearby, but note that public transportation in Kuwait is very low, third world quality

Everything , specially the amazing staff ( all staff from manager to bellhops .. the location is fantastic , close to everything you need ( park fr morning jog , restaurants , coffee shops , malls , supermarkets , gas station)

The only drawback to this othetwise great hotel is the parking issue. But it’s hardly the hotel’s fault. It’s a chronic problem in Kuwait City
