I like the location , breakfast was delicious, room always clean and quiet , the gym is really huge but under construction the smell of the paint is absolutely unhealthy i got really sick from the smell that's why I stop working out especially in cardio area. But other than that it was very nice.

Poor ventilation in the Gym in cardio area due to construction the smell of paint was really not good to your lungs.

Although near the airport - around 7 min drive - the area does not feel remote. There's a supermarket (carrefour) not far from the hotel. We rented a car from the airport via booking.com as well. We had an early morning flight, and our small family of three arrived early at 10:30am. The staff at the reception, Emelie, was very kind to accommodate us and allowed us to check in early, enabling us our much-needed catch-up on sleep. The buffet spread for breakfast is great with a wide selection of everything (my son particularly enjoyed their freshly made waffles). We even skipped lunch and instead had an early dinner because of the filling breakfast buffet. We also had an early flight back home and had to be at the airport by 6:30am, and were pleasantly surprised to know that the breakfast buffet was ready as early as 5:45 am so we were able to grab some eggs & coffee before we left. Everything was smooth and easy, and we enjoyed our short little getaway.

The room/bathroom was slightly different than the photos of the one we booked. But the early check-in sort of made up for it.

Locatio was excellent, located close to everything. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were top notch in particular the duty manager Ahmed Sarhan was very helpful and makes life comfortable without complicating issues, he resolved two big problems with ease, Respect 🙏. Also, you have a free valet parking service, which is very systematic and flawless.

The only downside is that the hotel furniture is a bit old and needs renovation. Otherwise, it is very clean

It was nice , location is great . Welcome on board and hospitality of reception staff especially Ms. Sara Hassan greeting is really appreciated. Morning breakfast is so good and nice . I would prefer to stay when ever I come to Kuwait .

I had only two small suggestion . WiFi is little weak . And pls update the tv in rooms .

The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off is very efficient and that was a big plus for me. The room was comfortable and clean but there are obvious signs of wear and tear, not very good for the high price you pay for a night. This was only a 12h stay, in transit from the Far East to Europe so didn't really use any facilities apart from Room service. The portion was very good and food was tasty, but again I found it very expensive.

Expensive, not good value for money. Considering the rate, it is disappointing that to use the Spa just for the sauna or steam room you have to pay extra! The driver for my airport drop-off was the most miserable man.

The SPA is truly amazing and good service. Location is really close to everything. You have good selection of restaurants in the same hotel. The GYM and swimming pool are better than I expected specially for the GYM.

Parking is outdoor and it's gets quite sunny in Kuwait. You need to put the cleaning sign to get your room cleaned. The shisha closed at 11:00 PM which is really early

Dining was very good, especially during buffet when all restaurants are opened to diners. Service was exceptionally good in the Indian restaurant.

Rooms face into the central lobby, so noise from people yelling and music was sometimes distracting.

The staff were outstanding! They were very hospitable and accommodating to our needs (e.g. late check-out). They really went above and beyond, definitely the best service I’ve received while staying at a hotel. The hotel also provide free shuttles to the airport every hour, and it’s location is ideal for me.

Everything about my stay was perfect, except maybe the wireless wifi could be a bit faster. It was definitely not an issue though, and it was good enough.

I was supposed to stay in the crown plaza the first night but I choosed holiday in by mistake Bathroom is too small
