The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

Great customers service in my experience. The staff went over and beyond to help us contact a taxi and provided us with anything we requested. The driver also waited a long time patiently in the airport for us to come out and was very friendly and warming. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I would say the price could be improved and the sound proofing but nothing major. We slept well.

We had a smooth check in and check out with front office staffs being very helpful and friendly along with all the house keeping and restaurants staff. At the time of check in front office staff (Samah)was courteous to show us the property around. We stayed for 3 days and indeed was an excellent break from normal routine. The property definitely offered a memorable stay particularly the fact that it was away from City life. The property had decent swimming pool very suitable for kids along with GYM facilities, play area for kids coupled with good restaurant food.

Nothing really except maybe the restaurant menu can include more items.

calm place away from the busy city , I like the green landscape, corner suite is perfect for couples with young children. standard room has a nice terrace perfect to sit to have fresh air . friendly staff. fast check in & out . the staff is so helpful and always there for you . lovely rooms . comfortable stay .playing ground for kids .

the outside area ( glass tents ) which allows smoking is near the kids play area , it was annoying and un healthy for kids to smell the smoke . please add a play room with soft play for younger kids and another gaming room for older children. It will be nice if you make a cinema room too and change place of the outside play area away from the smoking people. renting bikes will be nice . allow the hotel residents to walk in the garden of chalets area bigger garden there and more play ground for kids .

I spent a long weekend with the family, away from work atmosphere, I therefore enjoyed the location outside of the city. The hotel has a large swimming pool, rooms with pool view also enjoy a beautiful landscape that has a convenient café. The gym is amazing for men only and has another warm swimming pool. The staff were so friendly. I especially remember Mr. Mostafa who was very professional.

Due to Covid measures, breakfast is served to the room, however, the same one menu (oriental) was served everyday . The amount was huge but no variety.

We went for our anniversary celebrations and it was pleasant stay. It is very peaceful place, friendly staff, room service also good and our special thanks to Mr. Shyam who was assisting us in polite manner. We strongly recommend this place for who is seeking a break from hectic schedules. Food served to room only and it was nice. Shopping points like city center, Centrepoint, best yousifi, ect. Available near by

Breakfast was so disappointing, it wasn’t as expected. Definitely not the breakfast of a four star hotel ! Please reconsider the presentation and the way it is cooked specifically the omelette.

The airport transportation is perfect. The driver and his partner are very good

The billiards room and ping pong room was not in good condition. It needs improvement. Otherwise very happy
