The location was great, especially being so close to the new White House. that was a nice walk to view the new building. Having a mall not to far was great also. There was no breakfast or gym access and we had to pay for WiFi. These are only available for the hotel not the apartments; Booking doesn't specify the difference.

I didn't like when booking our stay, it didn't specify the difference between the hotel or the apartment. We got there thinking we would have access to the gym, breakfast and free WiFi. Those are only included in the hotel not the apartments, booking doesn't say that. Also, my wife got there before me, they wouldn't allow her to go into our room unless she paid for her in the apartment for that day. They did deduct that day's payment from our original cost.

The whole apartment is huge. Comfortable beds,nice kitchen, living room, we love the apartment. Also the breakfast is delicious. Staffs are all kind and helpful. We will come back again to this apartment.

The location is inside and the road there doesn't have enough light posts hence we are a bit scared when we go out in a taxi.

The host who was in the night shift was a thorough gentle man, we arrived at night and he helped us in every possible way to do a quick check in. He himself helped us in shifting the bags to the room as one of our friends had a back injury. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. I have never stayed in a hotel room that was this unique. I felt like I was living in a luxury apartment. I was close to the mountains. The air was much cleaner than staying in the city. 24/7 security gives you a feeling of safety.

I could say the neighborhood would be much better than the centre. apartments are super clean and airy that you might not find in the city with same views. the most important thing is the staff who work there are pretty amazing people specially Gulzar, very great communication before check in and super smooth check out.

it would be better to reduce prices if there are somethings affect the stay at that time. or at least note about it before booking

When I choose this hotel one of the main purposes that they have a free airport shuttle but when I arrived at the hotel I found out that they don’t have any so I have to request a taxi and pay for it Why the BOOKING.COM including this hotel as one of the hotels who has a free shuttle at the binging?

Nice quiet location away from city noise. Security at the gate and 24 reception. ATM on site.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 13.00 hours to be told that check in was at 1400. even though on our booking it stated 1300. but otherwise there were no issues.
