It is a very clean and cozy property very close to all the tourist places. A bigggg thank you to the staff at the hotel who went above and beyond to take care of all our needs They took care of an emergency health situation with us by arranging for doctors and following up with us for the slightest of needs. Thank you to the staff especially at the reception! The staff speak fairly good English which is a bonus!

Good location, 15 minute walk to the centre of Bishkek and its parks and museums. Shopping centres no more than 5-10 minutes away, a few restaurants nearby also. I requested a quiet room and it certainly was, but understandably there wasn't a view to speak of. The room was simply furnished, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant, which is cosy and trendy. The girls at the front desk were lovely, very helpful and personable, and they all spoke good English.

Breakfast could be improved by adding a wider variety of fruits and better quality cereals. Also they tended to run out of things quickly, e.g. juice, and sliced bread for toast - when the few slices (6?) were used up they could not be replenished.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety of options. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bishkek!

The hotel was very clean and spacious. All amenities were provided and restocked, and staff were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling for work, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, with a barista making you your favorite coffee. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and would stay there again.

There isn't much that I didn't like - perhaps the elevator which seemed a bit wonky at times.

We stayed only one night but it was absolutely fantastic. The room is spacious and clean. There was a gym with table tennis that we loved playing. But the cherry on top is the restaurant of the hotel by which we were truly mind blown - it was actually one of the best restaurants we ever dined it, the food was simply amazing. Highly recommended!

One minor thing: early check-in would have been nice.

High end place in Bishkek which, after 2 weeks hiking/horse riding, was sorely needed. The personnel was really helpful, we had an early flight (before regular breakfast time) and they made us a packed breakfast! Rooms were large and very comfortable. We went to the adjacent Lesnoy bar for dinner and it was delicious.

Fantastic stay - room was well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff was very helpful. Location is excellent, a 15-20 mins walk to main sights (Victory Square, Panivlov Park, Ala Too Square). Would stay again!

The room was clean and decently decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is pretty, cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was great. The staff was very professional, polite, comforting and ready to assist in any situation. And if you like seeing interesting soviet architecture - the location is superb. A short walk will let you see some of the most interesting historical buildings of the city.

The room had some small of signs of age and wear: some small scratches on the wall from one of the chairs, the towel shelf in the bathroom was bent in it's mounts and was looking a bit fragile. Nothing major or serious, but just a little bit of work could get even a budget room to look top-notch. Probably the two most uncomfortable things were that the bed table lamp did not work and that the fridge in the room was a bit noisy, it took a little time to get used to the noise and fall asleep.

This was second visit. During this visit, there was lot of renovation work which didn’t disturbed me but room was given in block where window was opening towards road and in night it was not possible to keep window open due to noise. Although hotel was good already but still uplifted so guest can enjoy new renovation. Interior of restaurant very beautiful and I was waiting to return to this restaurant.
