I think the hotel is brand new. Everything was nice.

Breakfast management should be improved. I stayed some days and it was the same: glasses and cups missing. Just buy more porcellana or install a professional dishwasher in the bar to avoid moving used plates and glasses on the opposite part of the hotel.

Location, price. Beautiful clean room! The free breakfast buffet was incredible! It was more like a brunch buffet at a fancy restaurant! Great food and the lunch entrees changed each day. Excellent lattes and cappuccino.

The air conditioning needed to be colder. Room was a bit too warm. (Although Bishkek did have unusually hot weather. )

Beautiful hotel and very modern and sleek. It's about one kilometer from the main sights in town (which is a good thing as I would not have wanted to be directly in the middle of that) but it's near a great pedestrian walkway with some wonderful coffeeshops and restaurants nearby; high-end area. And breakfast was phenomenal!

The fridge was warm, air conditioner worked poorly (it was hot for me), floor was not cleaned properly (a lot of dust in the bathroom). Breakfast starts at 8am, it could be too late if you travel with a business purpose.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Although the shower water was initially cold for me, the staff allowed me to relocate to a lower room to receive warmer shower water. The breakfast was ample with vegan options. Although the hotel building appears narrow, the hotel rooms are wide and all have a lovely view of an orchard and garden because there are only rooms on one side of each floor’s corridor. The staff was friendly and spoke Kyrgyz, English, and Russian very well.

The hot shower water did not reach the higher floors.

I loved this hotel, everything was perfect: -very good location in the center close to museums -large, clean and quiet room, with excellent bedding, very high quality and soft, the pillows were also very comfortable -good breakfast -and last but not least, the reception staff was very nice and helpful when I needed it

It was very clean and new. The breakfast was good and with a lot of different things to taste.

I didn't like that the staff in the bar/dining hall sitting and looking at their phones, instead of providing a good experience to the customers, by fx offering the different kinds of coffee they could make or refilling the juice bottle that I brought to them. This was what brought you from a score of 10 to 9.

Location, cleanliness, yummy breakfast, best wifi and the great staff. They have a store room to keep our luggage because we have a late flight and can even stay in the comfortable lobby after we checked out.

The noise from the air vent.. like water flowing in the pipe and TV is not working. They offered another room but its ok with us to stay in the same room...but the gesture of making our stay comfortable was highly appreciated.

The room had more windows than walls. It is easy to catch a glimpse of the mountains. All the staff is very very kind and helpful. All facilities and the room are always exceptionally clean. The location cannot be better (in the center and close to parks and restaurants). It looks more like a 5 star hotel

This hotel has a bidet!!!!! Hot breakfast being refilled every time. Attentive staff and the location is perfect with a walkable distance to Ala Too square.

The lady at the check-in reception couldn’t speak English very well. Our Kyrgyz tour guide spoke to her to understand.
