Appropriate location in a quiet and adequate position

Nothing really

The service improved a lot since i last stayed at the hotel two year ago. Also, the hotel managed to improve its breakfast arrangements, now one can really have breakfast until 11 (before they were cleaning the area at 1030), coffee machines provide a faster service than humans did before.

It appears that the blanket in my room was too solid thus it was too warm underneath it.

They helped us so much in every thing we asked for. They were so kind and supportive. They definitely made our stay special. Thank you so much.

It took more than one hour for our food that we ordered to come out at the main restaurant. It was quite stressful because we had to catch our flight on that day.

I really liked the hotel. It is wonderful. The most important thing is the staff, the staff is very good, responsive, people who understand their job, very kind, responsive, the best staff in this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

Large comfortable room and beds. Prompt attention to needs—room service, laundry pickup and delivery. Great view of the mountains!

Breakfast a little disappointing with no hot eggs except special order. Loved coffee machine! No place for me to plug in a curling iron with a mirror to do my hair!

Fitness room equipment old and outdated despite great surface. Have a look at the treadmill: how is a person taller than 190cm use it? Sorry, I’m very picky about fitness rooms

When we checked in, we had a few questions. Since I had a business trip (according to the accounting documents and check-in time). Manager Rustam promptly solved them and helped with all the questions that were asked to him. Thanks to Rustam very much. I liked the hotel.

Among the disadvantages: a cool pool and a small selection of food on the restaurant menu.

The staff were remarkable, very friendly and helpful. They arranged for me to have a CPR test when I requested it and this was done easily and quickly. They reacted quickly to any concerns that I had e.g. the room was very warm when I arrived and they fixed that immidiately. They were exceptional - amongst the best hotel staff I have come across.

The room was very warm when I first arrived. I couldn't turn the heating down sufficiently on the air conditioning. However when I asked for help it was resolved quickly and without fuss. The heating in the room was very dry though I believe this is a common issue across almost all buildings in Bishkek. It may have more to do with geography than heating systems.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff always ready and willing to support.

No complaints or issues during my stay at Hyatt Regency Bishkek.

Its a perfectly located hotel with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool is huge and staff very friendly. Our room was very clean and well furnished. Breakfast spread was wide and delicious.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was good.
