Home-made breakfast, freshly prepared and tasty! Spacious hostel room.

There are two WC, one bigger and another one smaller. The smaller WC is not equipped with a rack to put toiletries. The iron does not work up to my expectation - my scarf (very thin material) still got the folding line even after i adjusted to the max level. Breakfast should start at 8am but it is not yet ready and can be inconvenient for those who can't wait.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and calm, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. All the promised facilities were available and well‑maintained everything from the room amenities to the common areas met my expectations. Another great plus is the location: it’s close to most attractions and parks, just about a 15–20 minute walk to reach many places of interest. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, great service, a convenient location, and a serene place to unwind. I would definitely stay here again!

Big and spatious! Central! Was able to check in early. Big kitchen, clean. Nice staff. Women’s dorm is big and beds comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Overall clean! But bring some slippers. I ended up coming back for a second visit and extending my stay.

One of the guests was brushing their teeth very intensely and had a full on wash in the kitchen sink while I had breakfast… not the hostels fault! but maybe a sign saying “not to use the kitchen as a bath” since it isn’t very hygienic and there are multiple baths upstairs hahah

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in the city's heart, with many restaurants nearby offering a wide range of options, from affordable to high-end dining. There’s also a grocery store conveniently located within the building and plenty of money changers that stay open late, making everything super accessible. The cleanliness of the toilet was outstanding, spotless, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The breakfast, though simple, was incredibly delicious, and I loved the added touch of a filtered water tap for refilling bottles. There’s also a continuous supply of coffee, tea, biscuits, and dry bread, perfect for relaxing. A special shout-out to Alex, who was extremely kind and helped me purchase my ticket to Almaty. I highly recommend this place

Great value for money. I really liked the staff, who were helpful and understanding. The room was big and had a terrace. The shared bathrooms were okay; one can tell that they were cleaned on a regular basis. The kitchen and common area were great and well-equipped. It is in a very nice location with shops, bars, and restaurants.

It was a little bit loud in the corridor when people closed their doors. I think the doors to the rooms could be more sound-isolating. The bathrooms could be cleaned more often; sometimes, there was no toilet paper.

Excellent location. I walked everywhere. Main square is closeby. Many markets, cafes, exchange offices around. Feels like I stayed in a very decent, genrtrified part of the city. There is a nice green boulevard very close. The hostel is very clean. Love the clean sheets, towels, bathrooms, room. Comfy bed. I loved that there are curtains, lockers, power sockets and lights for each unit. Staff is helpful and nice. Thank you!

Loved the overall experience but if I must say something, the showerhead was unhangable. I needed to hold it all the time which was uncomfortable. Maybe it was only just a problem with the bathroom I was using. I didnt check the others.

The staff were excellent! I asked for a taxi airport pickup, but it didn’t come. So the staff sent me another taxi. They sorted the matter with the taxi company, and the taxi company ended up giving me a free ride to the airport when I left because it was an error on their part. I was impressed at how quick the hostel manager took care of the matter. They also gave me options for local tours, places to see, and local food to try. Just beside the hostel is a nice café that serves great food, too. The manager was very helpful, and all the staff as well. 👍

You can expect some cleanliness issue when using shared toilets, but the hostel staff always made sure to clean-up.

Clean quiet new modern private room, multiple bathrooms to choose. Everyday theres different breakfast prepped for you. They provided hotel amenities like slippers toothbrush and shampoo!

Not the best hostel if you are looking to have interactions with other travellers. I didnt meet any tourists here, just some school kids, people who work/stay longer there.

It was my second stay at this hostel. Everything was fine: the bed was comfortable, the location is central, and there is a hair dryer in the room. The breakfast is simple, but you have access to coffee/tea without limitations.

- Some people in the rooms don't follow the rules and are noisy as if there are no people in the room. - Wi-Fi connection was bad at some point in time

A quiet hostel which closed to the center. Most of the places were walking distance.

The breakfast can be improved, properly let us choose, as sometimes we may need to throw away things we didn't eat.
