Location was great, staff helpful and facilities decent.

Breakfast was hit and miss (fried chicken and rice on offer one morning, cold pizza the next) but there was plenty to choose from. Catering staff very welcoming. Pollution was bad so didn’t want to open windows but the AC was centrally controlled and the heating was difficult to control in the room which made the stay uncomfortable at times. Also didn’t like how clothes were taken for laundering without a completed request sheet.

The hotel was a great value for the money. Location is very suitable in Bishkek down town. There are a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. There were good TV channels, and the WiFi connection was fast.

The towels appeared slightly worn. The breakfast options could have been more varied, and there was no coffee machine available.

Very helpful staff member allowed me to use the dining room for a midnight zoom call with colleagues in the UK. Excellent WiFi in the rooms. Great Lebanese food in restaurant in the evening (including vegetarian).

The breakfast was OK, but would have been nice to have had fresher bread rolls and fresher fruit. The first room we were allocated smelt of cigarette smoke, so we had to change rooms. This was easily resolved, but should not have happened.

I was upgraded into a superior double with a little balcony. The room was large with an enormous bed and desk, armchair etc. The breakfast was a highlight as there was a lot of choice and I ate in the restaurant almost every night as I’m a vegetarian and it catered well for the Western diet as well as more traditional Kyrg meals. Azamat behind reception could not have been more helpful- I felt very well looked after and I’m quite fussy. :)

Nothing. I don’t think all the machines worked in the gym but one was enough for me.

The hotel is very nice; the rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. The staff is always ready to help you and the location of the hotel is very good as well since the city center and the central square of Bishkek are reachable with a 10-minute walk. The breakfast is good as well. There are a lot of food choices and you can also have a great coffee free of charge at the bar.

Sometimes if you come too late for breakfast there is not food left.

The hotel was very good value for the money . Staff were very good although had some noise issues from other guests on our floor . The rooms were clean and the ac worked very well . The towels were little worn and the room decor very dark . Good tv channels and the WiFi fast connection .

Breakfast service lacked attention to detail No place mats and if you arrived after 09:00 selected food stuff didn’t get replaced .

This was a very good clean and in city centre hotel they have given me good and comfortable roon # 905 on ninth floor non smoking.

The location is not far the Bishkek park( a shopping mall in front of Sheraton hotel). It only takes 12 minutes by walk to get there. it also takes around 29 minutes by walking to state history museum and other main spots in the central of city. The hotel can arrange pick-up car at the airport as I requested and it only costs USD20. (If you have yendex go app, you may get a cheaper price at around USD10). There is also a grill bar in the hotel and an opened area outside. There is a live band during dinner time when I arrived on Friday night.

I didn’t bring my Universal Adapters.. so I can’t recharge all of my electric pro. The sockets in the room are old styles.. need to bright our won adapters.

The people working there were amazing. I arrived very early and I could chill out abd wait at the reception area until the room was ready. They even invited me for breakfast, even though it did not correspond to the reservation, as I should have had it from the following day onwards. The location is very good. The place is close to the main street.

Excellent hotel, and fabulously helpful staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. A great value, and a terrific location!

Rooms are a little small, but they are splendidly kept. The value and the excellent staff are the strong points here.
