We stayed 3 nights, and where happy that on our last day, an early breakfast was possible. Breakfast was good, but less lavish than shown on the pictures online. Very large and modern room and bathroom. Good Airco.

Technical problems with the WIFI. During 3 nights it worked only once for 15 minutes the second night. WIFI in the lobby was possible. Technical problems with the television, wich were solved the second day. When arriving at 2.30 pm we got the key of our room, but when we entered the room, it was still dirty from previous guests and the beds were still slept in. They asked to wait 15 minutes. To be shure we waited 30 minutes, to turn out it still wasn't ready and we had to wait some 30 minutes more.

- I informed some staff in the reception TWO TIMES to fix the broken shelf in the bathroom so I can put my toiletries, and told them to install the wall soap dispenser as it was just left there next to the sink. But they didn’t care and ignored me. - there is no toilet bidet spray ( shattaf ). - the room has only one light in the ceiling so it is kind of dark.

Clean. Polite staff. Very comfy bed! Nice to relax in a little luxury after roughing it in the Pamirs for two weeks. Make sure you have downloaded Google Translate because not everyone speaks English.

The stairs were weirdly spaced at the top of each flight, slightly offputting.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. we were going to stay the hotel for 4-5 hours, we were hungry, dirty, tired, we had to get a taxi to the airport. Lady Aygyrin arranged us taxi, dinner, and cleaned our laundries while we were sleep. We were too comfortable for anyone to even find at home. This was the first hotel I gave 10 points to.

Really like my stay. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were very helpful.

It was a little further away from the city but a pleasant walk.
