The hotel's location is excellent, with most major attractions within easy walking distance. There are several cafés and many restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff of the hotel was very attentive and extremely helpful in fulfilling our requests. We made a change to our reservation, and our modification requests were accommodated without any issues. The rooms are spacious, clean, and furnished in a modern style. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. Overall, the service and amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The wifi is pretty good, and the staff are very friendly and super helpful. I found the street to be peaceful, but you're only a short 5 min walk from a main part of town. The beds are very comfortable, and the restaurant has a wide selection of food, with the dishes I tried being tasty. The hotel is great value for money!

There were some dirty dishes left out in a stairwell for days and no-one cleaned it up, even after I complained. There is also a lot of smoking in the restaurant. One of my rooms had plugs in a very awkward place, but reception gave me an extension cable.

Great hotel, right in the city centre of Bishkek. The attention, hospitality and kindness of the staff is great, and a special mention to Zhamilia, the front desk receptionist, who also acted as concierge during our visit (she recommended a tour to the beautiful and stunning Ala Archa National Park, with private driver and at a very reasonable price). We also got a room upgrade and late check out, and which made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. A memorable experience overall.

Very nice hotel in a good location of Bishkek, very close to restaurants and bars, we had a double room booked, however when we checked in the girl on reception advised we had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, this was a fantastic surprise and very much appreciated, the suite was very spacious, bathroom had a nice big walk in style shower and a separate bath, we ate twice at the hotel restaurant because we were tired from been out of the city on tours, both meals were very nice

Choice at breakfast was OK but nothing great

Nice rooms, all comfort. The breakfast very good. Very nice rooftop restaurant. The staff is really very helpful and nice, but one person can be described as the 'ambassador' of the hotel: Zhamilia. Zhamilia works at the reception and is a fantastic person: optimistic, very helpful, intelligent and a great personality.

Rather noisy on the 5 th floor in the evening and at night. The waiting times at the restaurant could be improved; 45 minutes for a meal is really too long.

Close to lots of intetesting sights in Bishkek. Helpful staff who directed me regarding using public transport. Good gin and tonics in floor 6 outdoor bar with city view. Very accomodating with travel plan changes due to worldwide events changing safety of aviation

Lift only went to Floor 5, so it was necessary to use stairs for one level to access restaurant - this would be a problem for some people

- we got a room on 6th floor and it was noise because of the restaurant on the 7th floor - the breakfast was ok but disappointing compared to the other options you have around - contstrutions n front of the hotel

The rooms were in very condition, location is near to the main square. Staff were trying to be helpful in spite of communication struggle.

Breakfast sure can be improved

Big rooms with very comfortable beds. Everything was there which is needed, e.g. Hair dryer or water. Bathroom is of good size and clean. Room service is fast. AC is doing its job. Breakfast is good.

Hotel is divided into two buildings, one is across the street in a normal building block. Wasn't really clear before. Coffee quality could be better at breakfast.

A very good hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast good, enjoyable porridge which seems to be available in many breakfasts during our Central Asia trip. There is also a nice outdoor seating area with a good view where you can have your breakfast. A nice start to the day.
