The hotel is super central, can't imagine a better location. This also makes it a bit noisy, as it is by a busy road, but it's worth it (take earplugs). The room is spacious and cosy.

They forgot to send the taxi to the airport, despite corresponding about it just the day before. Annoying when you land at 4 am local time and all the local taxi drivers jump on you. Also, they claimed they sent a letter informing me that my requested early check-in (confirmed months in advance) was not possible, but I never received such message, also, super annoying at 5 am after a "nuit blanche". They resolved the latter issue after insisting, but I still don't understand why they refused to let me in a room, when they did have one available and clean.

We had an exceptional stay at Navat Hotel. The location was perfectly central, within walking distance to the key attractions in Bishkek. The room had a rustic charm but had all the amenities you need. Wi-fi worked well. The breakfast selection was more than sufficient, and there were also made-to-order eggs and porridge available. We were impressed that the breakfast counter and coffee machine were manned by two young boys. Service at the hotel was very warm and friendly. We should add that the price we paid for the stay was also very, very competitive. Overall, I would highly recommend Navat Hotel if you are visiting Bishkek.

This has been my third time at this hotel and it already feels like im coming home to see family. They all remember me and i remember all of them. Madina, Choplon, Beka and Sultan. The best team of 4 staff members available at the reception. They all know great english and are always happy to talk to you. Have all the information you need about Bishkek and never get tired talking to you. Very great people and they are already a reason for me to always return. The Hotel itself is not far from the center and you can reach all important places here within minutes. Even for a late night walk you'll have a park nearby. Feeling hungry? Down the street is a supermarket and shopping mall. In case you need souvenirs go to the Tzum and take an escalator to the last floor. Authentic Kyrgyz Hotel with real Kyrgyz staff really representing their country. You haven't been to Kyrgyzstan if you haven't been here. They have a cool lobby to relax as well as a great balcony. If i had more time i would come to stay here for 2 weeks only to enjoy the people and the hotel. Great breakfast to get ready for the day and the people serving it are good at their job and superfriendly. If people ask me for a hotel in Kyrgyzstan i will only recommend this one. Why bother going to an international chain while here feels like visiting your family? A big THANKS to all of you.

Very nice hotel! We loved the decor and the design of the place, and we had a very large room. In an excellent location, near parks, malls and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Good/reliable wifi and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, several buffet items, but also made omelettes to order. The beds were decently soft, but still very firm.

It's really hard to find a hotel with comfortable beds in Kyrgyzstan. The mattress at Navat was a bit soft, and didn't feel too worn, which is better than most in Kyrgyzstan, but it was still very firm, so not the most comfortable. There is a decent amount of street noise, but I sleep with ear plugs, so it didn't bother me.

I loved the authenticity of the hotel, very welcoming, Beka was fantastic in organising a taxi for me from Bishkek to Almaty I had to cut my stay short due to meeting friends at my next destination. Taxi drivers both of them bang on time and waiting for me, the cost literally door to door was $100, totally hassle free. Beka spoke excellent English which is rare in Central Asia, all in all a pleasurable experience. Breakfast was absolutely what you expect and more, you will not go hungry, omelettes were delicious!

Maybe in the future to have more up to date bathroom, it was absolutely fine and the shower itself was great, just to make it more modern and additional shelving perhaps, but not a deal breaker 😁

The hotel has a really nice vibe and the room was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was good and had some items you don't usually find in a breakfast buffet, so we welcomed the change.

The AC was right above the bed and really loud, so either it was too loud and we couldn't sleep or we turned it off and it was too hot and we couldn't sleep. Also, the ladies at reception were too involved in their phones or netflix shows to even say "Hello" or "Goodbye" back to us after we greeted them.

Excellent location. Right next to the art gallery and the opera theatre, and a 10 min walk to the national museum. Lots of restaurants and some shopping malls nearby. Staff help with day trip booking and airport pick up, which is a little expensive though.

They removed the shower door for repair right after I checked in in the evening. I don't know why this can't be done earlier in the day. I was left showering without a door for three nights. Rooms on the ground floor will see people walking pass outside the window as the hotel is right next to a lovely park. The light is also too dim. Breakfast choices are limited.

Navat hotel provided an absolutely lovely stay for our 3 days in Bishkek. The location is perfect: surrounded by huge parks and close to all attractions. The rooms are large with large bathrooms, comfortable beds, efficient AC and all the amenities you need (coffee, tea, water, hairdryer, amenities kits). However, the highlight of staying at Hotel Navat was the lovely reception staff and the adorable young boy who works in the breakfast room making phenomenal coffees (the coffee is so good in Bishkek!) and bussing the tables. Make sure you ask about the freshly made to order eggs and porridge. We only noticed this on day 3 when we'd already eaten! But the omelettes looked delicious. Rahmat Navat Hotel for a lovely stay!

The front desk staff, Becca, was very friendly, she also speaks good English, which makes conversation very easy and we get to know more about Bishkek thru her. The hotel location is very central and walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was good, even though it's small but there were good varieties. When we were there, there was a group of Korean tourists, so they even accommodated them with kimbap, soysauce seasame chicken and rice, something we appreciate too. On top of that, omelette, oat porridge and coffee are all made to order. The bed was a bit small for a big size person but it's nonetheless comfy and the shower was good.

The hotel amenities are a bit dated but it was compensated for being nicely decorated. The staffs could do with ensuring the water dispenser was refilled everyday. We were there for 3 days 2 nights and the water wasn't refilled promptly. Even though it was a nice gesture to provide free drinking water. This could be done better.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Navat Hotel in a Suite room with my family. Our experience was made even more memorable thanks to the exceptional service provided by the lovely Reception Staff member, Beka. Beka was not only incredibly nice and supportive throughout our entire stay, but she also offered her services as a tourist guide. We decided to take advantage of this opportunity, and it was truly excellent. Beka's knowledge and guidance enhanced our trip, and our kids absolutely adored her. She made us feel like a family, and her warm demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. I highly recommend Beka as a tourist guide for anyone visiting Navat Hotel or the surrounding area. Her service was top-notch, and we were thoroughly impressed. While our experience with Beka was outstanding, I must mention that there is room for improvement in terms of cleaning at the hotel. We noticed some areas that could use more attention to detail and thoroughness. Enhancing the cleaning standards would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience. In conclusion, our stay at Navat Hotel was wonderful, thanks in large part to Beka's exceptional service as a tourist guide.
