We visited in August 2024. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Pros: - Spacious, clean rooms. - They have the option of triple rooms (rooms with 3 twin beds). - Bathrooms have bidets. - The breakfast buffet was very good. - The room service menu is big and includes plenty of options. - Friendly staff. - The location is convenient in the middle of the city near some malls and shops. - The view is beautiful with the view of the independence roundabout (for the rooms located on the right hand side). - There's an ATM in the lobby.

Cons: - We requested laundry service from the reception, but they didn't pick up the bags. - The bellboy doesn't work 24/7. Their shift is 9-5. - The gym is okay, but the cardio machines seem old. - There's no safe in the room.

The view, the spacious room. We got an upgrade to a suite because we had problems with the AC. The restaurant was good with nice food and friendly staff. Decent gym. Breakfast staff was nice and made good omelets! The best location in town. Everywhere was extremely clean! The reception helped with the things we needed...

It would be nice if the reception staff would smile more and seem like they actually wanna talk to people. I didn't feel quite the hospitality. The restaurant ran out of many things. Redwine, and many dishes. Some of the gym equipment was broken...

Very good quality hotel. Spacious and very clean and comfortable room. Good range of food at the breakfast buffet including eggs cooked to order.

It was difficult to get any, or enough, butter at breakfast which was surprising for this standard of hotel. This was the first hotel I've stayed at in Kyrgyzstan so maybe it's common throughout the country.

The room is spacious...the bfast buffet also good with different menu each day. Location also near coffee shop, restaurant and little bit of working to plaza mall

During my visit, they are doing renovation.. spa is close.

Damas Hotel has huge rooms furnished with nice beds. I'm the vicinity are a number of high quality restaurants. Try Bukhara, Korean, Chinese and Turkish restaurants nearby. Good view of victory square.

Staff are not super helpful or knowledgeable. I asked where to buy postage stamps and was given no information.

The breakfast was very good and was completely different the two days I stayed there. The location is perfect in the centre of the city.

The room is a bit shabby. Also I left on my room's door the sign not to disturb, but the cleaning lady had entered anyway which I found outrages.

Amazing, specious room with extremely comfortable bed, excellent view and all necessary facilities. Friendly and helpful staff as well as easy communication before and during the stay. Together with the parking availability, great lobby bar and restaurant, this is a 10/10 highly recommended place to stay.

I had stayed with them previously and this stay was even better since it was familiar.

My room was a suite this time. Everything was fine and I liked having a nice accommodation. Breakfast was especially good, and they made sure I was taken care of beyond my expectations.

Good Hotel. Fully recommended. Friendly staff with English language skills. Nice breakfast. The Terrace has a beautiful sight of the city with and good bar service.

All was Ok but when I paid the VAT and Taxes were no included in the invoice ( I paid 14% more than expected.) Booking.com describes that all taxes are included in the final price but is not like that. Nevertheless I did not complain because all the hotel stay was ok. I said in the reception that I will review this issue. After checking out, We went to the international airport and for my surprise the Taxi service was covered by the hotel ( Maybe an nice gesture from hotel management )

The reception is mostly helpful and a special praise for Shabdan who has gone beyond his normal duty to assist guests. Much appreciated.

It's not a big deal but the POS at the bar didn't always work properly...
