An exceptional hotel. Despite being 8 years old, it feels brand new. The head chef prepares truly outstanding dishes – from salads to desserts. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely at home. Everything is done with great quality and incredible attention to guests – robes and slippers in different sizes, a full range of Acqua di Parma toiletries, and of course, the amazing restaurant (I highly recommend trying the à la carte breakfast). Wish more hotels like this existed in neighboring countries!

The only thing that could be improved is the balcony doors – they are quite difficult to open and even harder to close.

Quite unexpectedly this turned out to be a perfect hotel for me. When faced with the choice of whether to stay 2 days more in Bishkek the Orion was an additional factor that made me stay. I can't even pick one particular feature: everything is perfect or near-perfect. High ceilings, decor, breakfast and excellent service at breakfast, spa with hearty massage, impeccable cleanliness, absence of unnecessary noise and glitter and other unnecessary disturbances. Sort of elegantly understated, not an Instagram place (finally...). Very calm, very safe. On top of this I could even open my window, which is a luxury in the centre of Bishkek - it was quiet enough.

The rooms were exactly the same as displayed online, everything was as expected. The check-in and check-out process was quick. The staff at the reception understood and spoke english.

The rooms are not sound proof because there are huge gaps below the main door. So when anyone walks or speaks in the passage outside, it get annoying. The hotel quotes everything in USD but accepts only local currency or a credit card. If you do not wish to use your credit card and you are not carrying local currency, you will have to convert USD into Som. The hotel does forex conversion but offers a bad rate. I converted USD at hotel but received 5000 Som less, this could be a genuine mistake of the clerk at the reception, but its always better to count the converted currency before you leave the counter.

Good location in front of a bar and nearby restaurants and cafes. Room was clean and full of amenities, they even had free movies on demand.

The staff was a bit weird… first they chased me down after breakfast yelling at me to pay (like what’s the issue to pay at checkout), then after check out accused me of not paying for minibar which I did. Our room service sent a wrong dish for my son and didn’t even get an apology. Pool was nice, but the jacuzzi wasn’t filled :/

Awesome breakfast! I especially enjoyed location.L it is 5 minutes walk away from the rail road, 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions and popular restaurants! Shops, grocery stores and, pharmacies are right near by! It has a very nice gym, spa, and swimming pool with sauna. Guys at the lounge bar are very courteous. It is a very nice place overall! There were some things that were not quite up to the standard that they aspire to be at, but it didn’t bother me personally.

This place is pretty upscale for a growing city. But lacks the attention to details. For example: The ceiling of Premium Room in bathroom had a huge stain from leaking. It was pretty yellow. I personally wasn’t bothered by it, but the hotel management should be bothered I think since it is their premium room after all.

My first trip to Bishkek led me to stay at the Orion Hotel on Erkindik Boulevard, and the experience was surprisingly impressive. The hotel compares well to establishments in larger cities, with modern facilities and professional staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The dining options are varied, offering both local and international dishes that meet a high standard. A notable service was the airport drop-off. The driver was on time, efficient, and polite, ensuring a smooth end to my visit. Based on this experience, the Orion Hotel will be my preferred choice for future visits to Bishkek. It delivers excellent service and value for travelers.

The best hotel in the country. Very good facilities, very nice rooms, the gym and the pool are exceptional, top service. Great breakfast. Very good location in Bishkek.

Laundry and food are very expensive considering we are in Kirguistan. The room service took 90 minutes to be delivered.

Superb location, walking distance from all major attraction. Excellent customer service and facilities, some of the best I have experienced! We had an issue with our air conditioning however after calling reception someone came to our room and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. Amazing leisure facilities and great massage service. Definitely recommend!

This is a five-star hotel in every sense. The room was huge, well-adorned, and comfortable (especially the bed). The jacuzzi was so nice, as were the furniture and appliances. It's also worth noting that the hotel is in a good neighborhood with some great coffee shops and diners nearby. There is also a large park right behind the hotel that runs for multiple kilometers through the city.

Everything was good (as one would hope for a hotel in this category and price range).

Staff were very helpful to a non Russian speaking guest. Facilities are nice, gym is very spacious and well equipped. Pool is indoor, 25m long. All very clean and very high standards were noted.

Price could have included breakfast, a lot of local foods were available, quite a wide selection, for the international guests it might have been improved. Pork was mentioned on the menu but not available when asked.
