I extended my stay for another 5 nights after the first 2 nights on the single budget room. I was fortunately being upgraded to a double room. Thank you for the staff who did it for me and she has been very kind and friendly throughout my stay, very attentive whenever I have questions/helps. The upgraded room is definitely a better one, the room is spacious and modern and clean toilet (without wood plank on the floor). Just little thing to take note of, the room appears to have a little damp or dusty smell which certain level of cleanliness could have been done better.

The room was comfortable and very quiet, and the bed excellent. I also appreciated the sauna and the pool. Breakfast is great. The hotel organised my shuttle from and to the airport, which was appreciated.

The lighting in my room was very inadequate. I could barely read in the evening. Accessibility of the hotel isn't great. There are a couple of very steep and unusable ramps. Improving accessibility would really make the hotel stand out!

Location: Centrally superb location and walking distance with all historical landmarks and beautiful parks. Staff: Are the gems of this hotel - quick response to all room service. Hotel: Restaurant view is so amazing. They provided lunch box for me because I didn’t managed to eat breakfast because of my early tour departure. Only downside is AC is not cooling- stuck at 24 degrees despite of lower set temp. I told the receptionist - she said to look into it but still didn’t work. Didn’t try the pool and sauna - hence can’t review. Don’t mind checking it here again provided they will fix the AC.😉

Everything about this hotel and the staff. Big room, big bathroom, quiet location, yet not far from Tsum shopping mall in walking distance which helps me take in the sights. Breakfast delicious and varied, eggs made to order, cherry juice which was a first in all my travels. Loved it!

In the breakfast room they have a banner hanging from the ceiling where the self-service buffet begins. I hit my head on that hanging affair a couple of times, and I am not even 6 ft tall.

The breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant is set on the top floor of the hotel with a scenic view of the mountains around the city. It was beautiful.

Except for the hanging rack at the entrance of the room, there was no where to put the rest of my clothes. There was a shelf above the coat rack and a place below for my shoes. There needed to be some place to store the rest of my belongings.

(1) Nice breakfast. (2) The swming pool and the sauna was good. But the time for use was limited. (3) Price was competitive. (4) Dinner in the restaurant was also good. (5) Wi-Fi was good. (6) I could pay by US dollar cash. (7) Main tourist spots (such as Natioal History Museum, National Art Museum) are within walking distance.

Location was excellent, with a supermarket right next door, and opposite a hotel with exchange facilities. The breakfast was fabulous for a wide selection, excellent quality of food, and cappucino machine. Wonderful view of Khan Tengri mountain from the 8th floor breakfast room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding service from the staff, specially the lady at the reception in the night shift called Aysezim, she was wonderful, eager to help and always with a smile. The hotel is perfectly located, with everything at walking diatance, the views from the restaurante are amazing, the breakfast included is fine and the room although is a bit small is quite comfortable, it is for sure that this is the place that I will chose when I go back to Bishkek

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, few steps from all important sites. At the same time, it’s away from busy streets. The hotel offers a very nice breakfast served on the top floor, with a terrace with stunning view on the mountains. The staff are very friendly, efficient and professional. Swimming downstairs was a bonus that made me choose this hotel, and I was glad to have the opportunity to have a swim there.

The mattress was a total no go for me: it’s too soft and low quality, so one kind of sinks in it. Another thing that bothered me there was the electricity set in the room that was making noise.

The room was spacious. The location is very central and walking distance to all city attractions, malls & restaurants. The breakfast is served in the rooftop and had a great view. They have ideal glasses for wine, shots & drinks.

The staff speak good English, but very smart as if they don't want to help us they simply behave as they don't understand us (which i didn't like). The WIFI was not working until 11pm and after several follow ups from the time i checked in, they fixed it only by 11pm. The worst part was me & my wife had porridge, cafe latte & detox water for breakfast and took up stomach infection after 3 hours and it ruined our travel plans as we had stomach cramps & diarrhea for 4 days. It was one of worst stomach infection. I already informed the reception and she said will convey it to the chef. We were already there in Bishkek 5 days before this breakfast and we were used to the food at Bishkek.
