The breakfast was excellent, decent choice, everything was delicious, I really liked the national cuisine corner. The hotel is stylish, good renovation, excellent spa, I really liked the massage

Sometimes they brought water during cleaning, sometimes they didn't, it's not clear why. For some reason they gave us dental kits only on the last day before leaving, if you're being picky. Still, the hotel is not quite 5 stars. But on the other hand, the prices for the rooms and all the services are very humane and the staff is clearly trying.

Hotel is located in good area, street is beautiful & green & their is a small park besides hotel's coffee bar. Break fast was good. Pool, sauna are good. Shopping mall ' Bishkek Park" is about 10/15 minutes walk.

We also booked airport transfer but hotel did not arrange inspite of confirmation of flight time. We waited & searched the hotel car, after 3 phone calls, hotel staff told they will be sending car in 40 minutes which was not acceptable to us. So we took a taxi from airport. We missed the flight and arrived at hotel next day (day 2 of our booking) after 4 pm local time. Still we had to wait for the rooms and inspite of our request rooms were on seperate floors (which is problematic as floor access was card only). Rooms could have been already appointed as we arrived one day late and yes we paid full amount of the missed night as well without any compensation.

Novotel is very modern! When I'm in a new place, whether I like it or not sometimes there's a culture shock. It can disorient me, and to put things in perspective Novotel introduces that familiarity.

Novotel is wonderful, and it's in the nicest part of town. But because of that, it feels like a departure from the rest of the city. The culture calls to my soul, and so I yearn to return to it.

Having stayed repeated times at Novotel Bishkek, I feel like returning home, once planning to visit Bishkek. Whether it is for a whole duration of a business trip, while in the city or just as a short stopover (mostly 1 night before the return back to Europe), the hotel is always a pleasant place to return to. I would even say it is the best hotel in Bishkek right now. The rooms have a modern decor and are very pleasantly furnished, the bed is very comfortable and the spa/wellness area is outstanding (very high level of hygiene and cleanliness and great massage services offered). The good impression is rounded up with an amazingly rich breakfast buffet and a great offer in the bar area (both drinks and snacks). The main assett, however, are the very attentive staff of the hotel (especially at reception and bar), while the restaurant staff may give an impression of being bored (sleepy during breakfast buffet) and act very slow at times (on several occasions we have had to remind them several times to be served), although numerously present.

Unfortunately, comparing to the beginnings of the hotel, when the amount of guests has allowed for a more individualised approach towards each guest, this place has become a hot spot for conferences/meetings/events, which makes the lobby feel overrun sometimes. But even on my latest stay, I was recognized by the staff as a returning customer, which always gives a pleasant personal touch.

Well the location of the Hotel was at the right spot, easy access to all attraction, and the resturants within the lobby was amazing.

Some of the staffs were not that fluent in english, had some difficulty in communication however once understood they were brilliant in the service.

Comfortable Room, Excellent Room Service, Good Location, Staff support and availability of exchange house inside the hotel.

Breakfast options were very limited and same on all days and not much options for Vegetarians.

Everything was perfect. I travel a lot and I hardly can say these words to a hotel. But Novotel is something. Personnel is really extremely helpful and not tiresome. Very clean, very decent. In particular I can distinguish the meals and the lobby — they are out of this world.

It was a great stay in the central part of Bishkek. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower, A/C, WiFi and basically everything worked as expected, nothing to complain on. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant itself was also very good (even their coffee is of better taste than in the nearest coffeeshop on the corner). The shower system, the lightning and the hotel itself - everything looked quite new and not "tired" as in some other hotels. The location is quite central, so everything is in close distance. Overall, I had a great stay.

I booked the room with a table as I was expected to work on a laptop during my stay. So I expected to see any kind of table with regular chair. Instead, I had a sofa with "coffee table", which is not very comfortable to work on. But I guess that's fine. Also, I think that the hotel is a bit overpriced compared to some other similar hotels in the same area. But perhaps it was due to the fact that I stayed during the temporary wave or incoming Russians which could lead to price spiking. Hard to say. But anyway, I liked the hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

It would be better if there were hooks for coats on the wall. No place to hang a wet coat in wet weather.

If I really have to be picky then that you can’t use the spa prior to your check in time - that’s mad!
