1. Location was excellent. After a long tiring day it was great to come back to. 2. Staff spoke English. 3. Spacious rooms. 4. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Spacious standing shower cubicle with hand shower and rain shower. 5. Hot water. 6. Nice lounging chair in the room. 7. Well placed plug points to change the phone. There is one by the bed. Round pin plugs. 8. Good lobby with coffee shop. 9. Lifts available. Rooms are quite noise proof. There are windows although the view is not that great. We were on second floor. 10. Rooms are well supplied with towels, bath robes, bedroom slippers, toiletries etc. and had a locker. 11. Breakfast was good! They had small but a decent spread of local and continental dishes. I do wish we could order for eggs the way we want. Also it would have been great if there were some more hot dishes. But overall, the breakfast was hearty.

1. No bidet in the bathroom. 2. My biggest problem was the duvet was too small. It’s not even sufficient for one person and there is only one on a queen bed. The size of duvet was same for the single bed and queen sized bed. If you are a couple, better ask for another duvet. 3. The phone in the room didn’t work for us. Late into the night we were cold and wanted to call the reception to ask for another duvet, but the call didn’t go through. 4. Mattress is not the most comfortable.

Pretty good hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room is suitable if you need to work: rather big table and a comfy chair.

Keycard is unreliable, it stops working every 1-2 days, and you can’t enter your room, then you have to return to the reception and ask to fix it. There was an issue with WiFi speed, it lasted for 1 hour and then started to work normally.

Great location for exploring Bishkek and the hotels facilities were amazing I had a Sauna and a massage called lymphatic drainage massage both are amazing. The rooms had a mini bar and they delivered a complementary breakfast everyday (other than the buffet).

1. Breakfast was not so good. Lack of choice and some meals which supposed to be hot were cold (pancakes) or half-warm (fried eggs).

Quiet location, great breakfast, clean, excellent service.

The hotel is not in the center of Bishkek. Every day I had to take taxi to the center and back at least twice. The air conditioning was not able to get temperature below 26-28C, of it was hot outside

Part of what was cool about this property was its fitness center with a treadmill and other equipment situated away from the lobby.

There was nothing I didn't like and would recommend the hotel to anyone wondering if it's worth staying there.

Very good buffet for breakfast, on the last floor of the building with a wonderful view on the mountains. The bed was very confortabile and large. No noise at all from the street. The personnel at the lobby usually speak a good English.

We organized a meeting in the conference hall nearby. The hall was arranged only at the very last minute, when the participants were arriving. Quite embarrassing.

The female front desk officer was very kind and helpful. I left my mobile in taxi she coordinate all and eventually I got it back. extraordinary cooperation.

The Air conditioning was not cooling and there were no hygienic shower for toilet.

House keeping was always very late. Most of the time between 14:30 sometimes even past 16:00h. That is disturbing and annoying
