very clean and comfortable. good sized rooms. a weirdly upper class shower, it was luxurious

the member of staff on desk spoke zero English so it was hard to communicate basic things such as booking details/name/room costs at check in. we got by via google translate but it was a struggle and it led to us being given the wrong room (a twin instead of double), but we got this sorted ok. the room had no minibar as promised online. there is however a bar downstairs so I think this is a confusion on staff’s part, I assume caused by their problems with English. overall we communicated fine as long as you have Google translate ready when you approach the desk.

I liked the reception area where i could prepare my tea with tge water boiler which they provided and a nice sitting area. I like the fact that they arrange both motorcycle rental and bus booking.

The facilities are old. Door nobs and beds need to be replaced with modern version

The room was big, with AC, WiFi, a fridge and desk and it was clean. The staff was friendly. There was hot water downstairs (I prefer when the kettle is in the room but it's still ok).

It was a bit far from the center but still ok : 20 min.

Clean, comfortable and good value for money. was super convenient for out accidental nights stay in Pakse. Staff were friendly and helpful.
