The location is so very near the main tourist center, yet just far enough away to provide the quiet needed at night. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was almost too hot, which is a compliment.

The breakfast was mediocre, at best. But at this price point that's being overly picky. We opted to not use the pool because it was in dire need of cleaning. There was a visible film floating on the top that was probably just from what was blowing in the wind. But it should have been cleaned.

It is a budget friendly family managed hotel that does its best to satisfy your every request. It may have seen better days but location wise, the cleanliness, AC, wifi, the pool that helps you beat the merciless heat, the simple but tasty breakfast and above all, the wonderful staff especially the very cooperative and reliable male receptionist who assisted me to recover my ATM card that got stuck in the ATM machine. He must have called the bank countless times and never gave up until it was returned to me in time for our departure to Luang Prabang. Thank you sooooo much!!!

They should replace the dresser mirror in room 3017 and provide an extra waste can in the room. Also, they should see to it that the breakfast buffet is replenished on time.

Loved the breakfast. Buffet style with rice vegetable, chicken wings, noodles, watermelon mixed vegetables, pizza, sausages, eggs. The roof has the most amazing 360 view of Vang Vieng. The sunsets were superb from here. Staff always smiling and willing to help. Pool was nice when working.

Sometimes the pool was green and they had to drain it. Not sure why. Hotel a little bit older but I would stay here again for sure!

the first time we stay in vangvieng we didn’t have a place booked, we saw some of the other reviews saying this place was new and a must stay. We ended up booking a couple nights, they let us check in early for free, and the atmosphere is amazing. Met a lot of cool people and had a great time staying here, every time we came back to vangvieng we stayed here

The staff, specially the receptionist, are extremly helpful and thoughful. They helped me multiple times throughout my 4 days stay. The breakfast is tasteful and varied (fruits, toast, pad thai, stir rice with vegetables, sausages…) It is located in a quiet street yet you get to any point of the city in less than 10min. The pool is a plus, big and clean.

Not just the hotel but in the country in general: beware if you have an intolerance (gluten and lactose, in my case) because they don’t have alternatives or know exactly what you’re referrng to.

Good value hotel for the rate, good location and nice views from the window. Good new Aircon. Breakfast was good quality. It's not a super high end hotel but overall very good value.

First room they assigned wasn't ready yet but they quickly assigned another room and it wasn't a major issue.

We loved the central location, very friendly hosts - Mr Jack the receptionist / superman was very welcoming, warm, helpful and friendly! The manager greeted us with cold drinks and even shared treats with us. The room was very clean, beds and pillows comfortable and very close - only one street back from the night market and river. Breakfast was generous- a plate of rice, fruit platter, bread and two fried eggs. Good wifi, all the amenities in the room too- hair dryer, fridge, AC, safe, coat hangers, toiletry kits, shower shoes! Bbalcony room was lovely!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel ! The location is superb, with convenient facilities. The mattress was incredibly soft, and the temperature was perfectly maintained. I loved the thoughtful amenities like lights and charging facilities in the bunk beds , the best hotel in vangvieng

Excellent location in the heart of Vangvieng. We had a great two night stayed. The swimming pool was great and had amazing views. The area had everything we needed in a close walkable distance so we could buy SIM cards, exchange money, and figure out our plans around vangvieng with the local travel agents.
