The view from the hotel was amazing! It's a beautiful building and the Lao food at the restaurant was very good. It is very centrally located and next to a nice cafe. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The stay was amazing until when we checked out and they charged $10 for a hand towel... we did a hike on a muddy terrain and the towel got dirty, which we felt sorry for, but otherwise we would have made the room muddy all over. We were ready to pay for it but didn't expect $10!! It kind of ruined the whole experience unfortunately. The pool could have been better designed but we were happy about everything else.

Very thoughtful architecture that makes this hotel clearly different from the boring international hotels. Limited number of rooms that make possible human exchanges. Beautiful location. Feeling being welcome.

Noise on the river (speed boats) and on the other bank (noisy and very noisy motorcycles), occasional smoke pollution (at a period when the horrible PM2.5 season from January to May is over). It would improve the setting to proceed with small repairs and cleaning (scaling in the bathroom) and a real effort (not only appearances) to limit environmental effects would be appreciated: why was my towel changed everyday although I hung it as recommended?).

View from balcony is just awesome. Room is nice and light colored. Bed is also really comfy. Staff is helpful (with some persuasion) and friendly.

The pool was awful; a green colored algae tub. Come on guys! You have plenty of staff to keep track of the pool. Probably this is sadly the byproduct of Asian laidback style. Reactive instead of proactive. Less of a minus was; room misses a decent desk/ side table/ thingy to put your backpack or suitcase on.

Beautifully decorated entrance. Swimming pool and kitchen area with wonderful views of the Mekong and mountains. Enjoyable breakfast every morning. We had incredible views from the top floor.

We had one unfortunate incident when the neighbouring room was having a loud party until 4am. The staff must have known as there were ordering loads of food and thus permitting this behaviour. We didn’t appreciate it.

1 night there was a lot of music till 1 am coming from across the river. For information about things to do and tours we went to other agencies outside. Although there is supposed to be a good quality agency at the hotel, we never seemed to find the right person to help us.

The room was spacious, great modern industrial interior with an amazing view. Loved the layout and it was very clean. We enjoyed the balcony and had some good food at the restaurant. Staff was lovely and we were able to do an early check-in. A great example of everything done right and nice extra touches.

Awesome location and views of the river and mountains! The hotel manager was awesome and very personable and helpful. The morning wait was awesome! The pool was awesome and so were the big tanks of Koi fish.

Had a very slight problem with the dinner wait stuff not bringing what we ordered. It was very minor issue.

The staff and service were exceptional. My partner and I had the best time. The location was excellent. We ended up booking another night. And the manager upgraded us to the suite. They get a 10/10 from us.

in-room lighting is a bit dim especially in the evenings and shower blinds can be better maintained. regardless, neither of these affected the comfort of our stay.

Corpulent hotel with delicate service and significant view. Vang Vieng landscape are special, a lot of hotels makes their strong side in association with it. Rich buffet breakfast, nice pool with view, clean and cozy room, amazing stay.
