Everything good, it's newly renovated, all equipment like ac, heater, pipes etc are new. Nice and clean pool. staffs were polite and ready to help. cleaned the room and changed the towels daily. it's worth for money we pay.

They don't provide or arrange transfer from train station which may be chaotic, especially in Vang Vieng there is no online taxi app available.Tuk tuk will be available outside the train station but they may ask a little high price than usual. While paying try to settle the bill in USD or check the USD to Kip exchange rate otherwise may end up in paying more. There were no restaurants available in hotel and hence no room service available. I visited on September 2024 end.

Our stay at Remember Vangvieng Hotel was wonderful! We stayed in a spacious family room with a big balcony that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, always making us feel welcome. The lobby was a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing during the day and mostly in the evenings too. The location was another big plus for us. It’s just outside the busy town center, offering tranquility and easy access to nature, yet still within walking distance of restaurants. And the pool? Absolutely the best in Vang Vieng, better than any other we’ve seen in town!

The WiFi in the room could have been stronger, although it worked much better in the lobby. The breakfast was of good quality but felt a bit repetitive after a week. However, for longer stays, the staff might be open to preparing something special upon request. 😊

Good size comfortable room with 2 double beds. Clean. Great views. Hot air balloons go overhead. Nice pool and seating area and facilities. A short walk into centre. Buffet breakfast was plenty and well stocked. The hotel across from us had very loud karaoke one night but was otherwise quiet location.

Wasn't sure why house keeping didn't come at all in our 3 days. Maybe we had to put the sign up but that wasn't specified. All the breakfast tables have a shelf under them so you can't actually sit with your legs under the table - small issue but annoying design as very impractical/ uncomfortable.

Bed was comfy, not too hard. Swimming pool is amazing, very clean and gets the sun all day, big bean bag and a tube in the pool to lie on. Wasn't ever too busy so able to get a sunbed. Breakfast was good, nice fruit, some cereal, toast eggs etc so all we would want. Room was spacious and modern and the best part was having netflix on the TV.

Not much storage in the room. Floor had a few leaves etc when we arrived and some small spiders in the corners of the room but not much of an issue and no more throughout our stay. Very clean otherwise. Only one pillow which was very big and hard. Maybe some people prefer that. Regardless we would stay again and would recommend :)

Absolutely gorgeous property, pretty much brand new and the decor throughout the full hotel was really nice. The room was lovely, nice comfy bed, air con worked well and wifi was good. The pool is massive and such a nice place to relax when the weather was nice. All the staff were really friendly and smiling. Great location, close to everything but not too noisy. Have a lift which is great as we were on the top floor, would definitely return.

Water pressure wasn’t great but the lady on reception did mention this. Did sometimes get woken up by housekeeping cleaning other rooms at around 8am. Being picky but would be nice to have fresh milk for coffee at breakfast rather than powder. Other than that it was a lovely place

Great location if you want to be slightly outside the chaos, 10 min walk to the Center so it’s also quiet. The pool was great, the hotel was nice the room was modern and clean. Good size balcony looking out over the city, could see the hot air balloons morning and evening. Staff were helpful and friendly

Breakfast wasn’t great, everything was cold and not many options. One of my earphones was stolen or lost in/from our room here. Was only noticed on the bus to next destination that it was gone.

Clean room with a Nice view over the mountains. Nice beds with some softness compared to the other hotel we tried. Very good pool with a couple of sunchairs and some floating beds you could lay on. Very Nice staff. Okay breakfast with eggs, bread and fresh fruit.

unfortunately there is pub/foodmarket just next to the hotel and they are blasting music 12-12.…. The light to the bathroom also turns on the light to the shower which makes it very bright in the bedroom. No milk or teabags at the breakfast.

Very good quality/ price, the rooms were quit new and modern, the swimming pool area was amazing, breakfast was good for a Laos breakfast and the staff were amazing everybody was so friendly. Our best hotel during our trip in Laos. If you go to vang vieng this is the best option you can find for a very good price.

The room was not well cleaned and there were a lot of ants in the room from the day of check in and it was getting worst day by day.

After overpriced Luang Prabang this was way better. For half the price it was twice more comfortable. The room was ok. The breakfast was good. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. There wifi was strong and our room on the 5th floor had quite a nice view of the mountains.

It was a bit further from the centre although not far by any means. The bathroom was okeish at most unfortunately. But it was completely manageable and usable.

Beautiful rooms with comfy beds - mine also had a stunning view. The hotel is relatively new and has a lovely pool and garden area too. It's in a slightly quieter area of town, but still within walking distance to shops etc.

Shower was difficult to use initially - I needed instructions from the front desk on how to turn it on as it wasn't obvious. But once I got it working, the water pressure was good.
