Views are amazing! Very quiet, just out of town but within walking distance, bike ride or by scooter. Spring (Hotel host) is incredibly helpful, super friendly and goes above & beyond to accommodate your needs including booking tours/transport etc

Good place to stay. Room was clean, hot shower, air conditioning.. location is good as it is not in the center but not too far either, 5min with bicycle provided by the resort. Amazing swimming pool with mountain view. Basic but good breakfast from 7.30 to 10am. And owners very helpful for tours or bus tickets.

One more nice stay at tge Vang Vieng Garden resort. Enjoyed your big clean outdoor swiming pool as well. Thanks for helping us to have a great full day trop with kayaking, tubing and ziplining. Highly recommend your place.

we really enjoyed our stay. There are bicycles which can be used for free to drive around and makes it very easy to go to the city. It's very quiet and the mountains are beautiful.

OK let me start with an important note. I had chosen to come here because I had noted that in previous reviews at least 2 clients had reported money being stolen from their rooms Also the counter issue was that the place looked,well, luxurious by comparison to others close by. As an independent Travel Consultant I wanted to find out for myself. We were very warmly greeted by Spring,the lady who is running this place To say she is hardworking would be an understatement. She immediately offered us a choice of 2 rooms and showed us both. We chose room 104 on the ground floor. Once settled in I felt it only fair to let Spring know that I was here to have a great time but to also probe deeper into the alleged money thefts from 2 different rooms. Spring explained that both incidents had occurred in December 2023 and as far as she could make out there had been an intruder from nearby and that Drug addiction was at the heart of the matter. It certainly would be no surprise to find that this may be the cause as Vang Vieng has historically had its issues with drug use and misuse. That being said Spring further informed me that now all security cameras were fully functional and that all rooms now had safes.(see pics) Also that all windows now had security locks Obviously I did not check all rooms but felt confident in Spring's reassurances. BE SURE TO ACT RESPONSIBLY WITH YOUR VALUEABLES AT ALL TIMES . THE ROOMS are over sized and most comfortable with very large beds.The mattresses are quite hard but that is normal for Asia THE BATHROOM This had to be hands down the Best shower in Asia so far with piping hot water and excellent pressure. So good THE BREAKFAST I have read many reviews from other guests complaining about how basic it was Hey come on its free and totally adequate THE POOL Is a good size and great for dipping or swimming lengths. THE VIEW Is simply astounding.look out for the hot air balloons every sunrise and sun set.

We got a great time there and extended our stay longer. Big clean room. Very nice and clean swimming pool. Beautiful views from the room.

The hotel is not in the centre but that's what made it even more beautiful and exceptional, because the views from there were extraordinary! Besides, you can borrow their bicycles if you wanna go quickly to town. Spring is a great hostess and pretty much organises everything for you. Breakfast is simple but really good to get you started. I loved all the fresh fruit!!

Lovely room, pool and helpful staff. Could book trips from reception. Breakfast was great. Loaned us bicycles to ride into the town.

Asked for fresh towels and toilet paper day two, was told yes but none on our return had to ask again at night time. Toilet paper given but no fresh towels.

The people running the hotel are incredibly helpful and looked after us. The breakfast was simple but nice. There was plenty of hot water for a good shower. The owner was helpful organising tuk tuks to the centre. The hotel is very peaceful and the pool looked nice although we didn’t use it.

The hotel is 15/20 mins from the centre and it isn’t possible to walk during the wet season as the roads flood. This means getting a tuk tuk each way - you will need data on your phone to show tuk tuk drivers as they aren’t familiar with this hotel. Beds are very firm.

Lovely big, clean room with en suite bathroom, balcony overlooking pool and mountains. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, arranged our train tickets to Vientiane, half day kayaking trip which was great and also hired mopeds from them. All good. Spent 5 nights here and had a lovely chilled time.

It’s quite a walk into town which we knew but there isn’t much about near the hotel. There is a small shop across the road selling beers/soft drinks, snacks, ice creams, pot noodles. It would be a great if the hotel could offer drinks & light lunches throughout the day for those who want to chill by the pool. The pool could do with a good scrub around the edges, but it was a lovely refreshing pool!
