• Guys from the reception are nice, they are not very good at speaking English, but still provided good service tho, especially the girl with glasses, were so helpful and warm hearted, gave warm smile all the time, and helped us to turn on the fan when we were in the yard waiting for the Loca car drive (pls let her know), and the boy who lend us cutlery, really appreciate it. AC, housekeeping, location and price are all good, would definitely recommend this family hotel!

I’ve stayed at four hotels in Laos, and when I arrived here, I couldn’t help but say wow! The hotel is absolutely charming, with beautiful, comfortable rooms and full amenities. Everything in the room is modern and useful. The WiFi and TV allow access to YouTube, Netflix, and more. The bathroom is spacious, with strong hot water, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I honestly had the best night’s sleep since arriving in Laos. There’s even an air purifier and a stainless steel water bottle provided. The hotel is quite peaceful at night, and the room has a window, making it airy and refreshing. In the morning, the early sunlight shines into the room beautifully. The staff speak fluent English and are incredibly friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near Patuxay Park, as well as local markets and eateries where Lao people often dine. A huge thank you to the hotel for such a wonderful experience!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi have a strong signal. Clean and Comfortable. Good electrical appliance such as TV, Hair dryer, Minibar, Water heater. and Air Purifier.

A bit hard to find a hotel location.

The room exceeded my expectations: modern, VERY VERY clean, comfortable bed, hairdryer, kettle, fridge provided. Good wifi. Overall, a wonderful stay at a good value- one of the most clean and comfortable stays for me in months of traveling around SEA. Also, they facilitated an earlier check-in even tho I wasn't expecting it, which I found very generous and kind, after a night train it was just an amazing gesture. Last but not least: the reception gentlemen are super friendly and provide fab assistance. Thank you!!

Super clean rooms with comfy beds. The aircon was super efficient. Walking distance to Patuxay Monument. The reusable water bottles to eliminate the use of plastic is a good idea. The room service/cleaning was of a high standard. Good value for the money you pay.

The hotel is close to the City Centre and walking distance from all the sightseeing places. Staff is welcoming and provides all important information. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel lies in an area that is extremely peaceful so you will always sleep well. The staff also gave recommendations on restaurants around the area. Overall, very much satisfied. Highly recommended.

We were unable to get Motorbikes during our stay there. Also, breakfast is not available which is something the Hotel can improve upon.

relaxed laid back laos, with lots of friendly nice people. Had good sleep, after the stress of China. Its not aggressive or INTRUSIVE....for some Westerners its paradise.

No breakfast. That would have been nice to have Western-style full breakfast when you wake up early in the morning 7:00-10:00 am Fyll English, continental and American breakfast. NO PROBLEM PAYING A LITTLE EXTRA, RATHER THAN GOING TO A EXPAT RESTUARANT FURTHER AWAY NEAR THE RIVER, EXHAUSTED. Some of the taxi drivers from the hotel were scams--over priced. FINALLY, as most of us are professional travellers a good wooden table and chair in the room would have been nice for us to do our work-as a working holiday, business trip or just surfing the net. YOU JUST CAN'T LIE ON THE BED FOR HOURS. Outside noise pollution and even though its a small village like road outside of the hotel lots of traffic going and coming between 8:00am-6:00 pm.

First and foremost, the staff are all exceptional. They are so kind, friendly and treated me like family. When I needed something, they were always willing to help me promptly and seeing their warm smiles every day made me feel comfortable and safe. The location of the hotel was ideal to me as it was situated close to places I wanted to and needed to go to during my stay in Vientiane. The area felt safe and I liked that it was a bit more quiet and relaxed compared to the city center. The room had great amenities and I really liked the wide selection of available TV channels. I was able to watch my favorite Asian dramas during the nights I decided to stay in and relax. Furthermore, I liked that the hotel offered delicious coffee and water free of charge, as well as fairly priced noodles and great drinks at the lobby.

I booked in for what I thought would be a cheap room. It was really nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable, the air con worked very well, the whole place was very neat and tidy. It's a little bit of a walk out of the main hub, but they do offer bikes, I preferred to just walk.

The view wasn't really good, but I didn't pick the place expecting a brilliant view! And that would be my only criticism, and that's well and truly out of their control!
