Breakfast was good. Location is great, like 2 minutes of walk to the water park. There is a huge parking lot next to hotel, so no problem with parking. City center is near, so it is comfortable to walk around the city by feet.

We arrived with child (which was mentioned during booking), but the room was prepared only for 2 people. So we had to ask for additional towels and bed for our child. It was solved quickly, but it could have been avoided. Also, coffee quality during breakfast could have been better. And TV signal in room is very poor.

Location is incredibly close to Aquapark, local pedestrian street and quite close to park with great paths and sport equipment. The staff was able to share their preferences where to eat local food (zeppelins) and they said that there is a chain food restaurant which is ok, but locals go to other place, and that was really much better than that chain restaurant.

I did not pay attention to the size of the bed. After all the bed was enough for me and my partner, but be careful on bed size, if you want a huge bed.

The hotel is nicely centrally located in Druskininkai and ideal to discover the city as well as the Drūkija National Park. My stay started with some disappointment but ended up extremely nicely. I had an early conference call on my day of departure and asked to have breakfast earlier than 8:00 am. After some arguing, the reception told me that they would give me access to breakfast at 7:45 am, not earlier. It left only a very short time for an expedited breakfast. Problem was that they needed to clean the coffee machine in the morning, which took like 15 minutes. I left without coffee to my conference call. After 1 hour, while still on the call, someone knocked on the door of my room. When I opened the door, I saw the nice lady in charge of the breakfast room handing over a cup of coffee to me. I was speechless. Thanks so much!

The beds we're so comfortable, despite freezing weather outside the room was warm and very cosy. Staff provided with extra bed for our child. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The only one negative point I have is the shelf above the basin in the bathroom. It shouldn’t be there as basin not big enough and it’s difficult to wash the face or brush the teeth without getting wet.

Great hotel with really amazing breakfast and perfect location (just 1 min walk to Aquapark and main walking street). the staff is especially welcome and helped to solve our logistics issues. Also helps to arrange all you need for the rest (aquapark access, bike rent, etc...). We were travelling with a dog and the place is perfect for that. Really recommended!

Some of the upstair rooms do not have an air conditioner. You should pay attention to this when booking, because if it is very hot outside, it's also very, very hot in the room without option to fully open the window. But the stuff was very helping and gave a ventiliatorius. The other room on the first floor was great.

COZY hotel: Administration (so helpful, friendly), clean room, location (very good). Delicious food, good coffee, juices, pancakes and more. Parking area. No noises from other rooms… My kids want to come back again. Me too :)

The stuff was amazing, very polite. Also breakfast was better than expected! They also are friendly for dogs.

Beds could be updated. Also we were disturbed all the time by the second outdoor doors. They were closing so hard and each time you are afraid of the smashing sound. But maybe it's only to the rooms next to the entrance.

Location is perfect! Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Walls are so thin, You can really hear everybody around You! If the hotel is full, its not enough with one coffee machine for everyone, there was a line all the time.
